For most part everything is very neat and clean. They did fail to clean the room the last day but they took care once i notified the person at the front desk. Everybody is very friendly and professional.

Demasiadas fallas y deficiencias para su prestigio
Realmente son demasiadas fallas y deficiencias para un hotel de tal prestigio: Acceso a wifi y menú para room service los tienes que pedir en lobby, en vez de tener panfleto en habitación. La llave se desactiva fácilmente. Letrero “no molestar” no es respetado por mucama. El aire acondicionado no servía, un sólo socket de luz y las lámparas son de difícil acceso para prender, no te dan un sólo vaso, sólo una mini botellita de agua, un sólo jabón para todo, papel de baño y toallas rasposas de baja calidad, regadera sin presión, y para abrir válvula te mojas todo, la tv entra y se fija en canal Fiesta, y hay que dar varios pasos para salir y poder ver canales. En general, deja mucho que desear, y sí esperaba muchísimo más de una cadena de esta categoría

Awesome place!!
The place is really good , clean. All the people are great and friendly. Except sometimes when in the Starbucks area nobody is there. InThe restaurant area everybody is super friendly love those people, always very attentive to take a good care of you. Just one but. Perhaps he was the manager but he should do paperwork in an office instead of the host place. But beside that my stay there was awesome!! I will recommend the hotel to rest of my family and friends...

We were looking for a getaway from the traffic, so this was a nice finding that fit perfectly to our purpose: just spend the night, have some dinner and rest to go back home after the storm passed. The room is really nice and comfortable, but room service is very expensive for what they offer.

This is the best service and stay I had on my trip. Employees are friendly and courteous, Front desk very welcoming and polite. I had to stay one extra night and they were very helpful. I totally recommend them.

The hotel front desk staff was great, we arrived early and were checked in with no issues, even upgraded. Everyday in the breakfast room they remember our name and our preferences. Rooms are clean, have everything you need, even a coffee maker. The cleaning staff does a great job. Free wifi worked with no issues. The staff was very accommodating, they helped us store our bags for the weekend. There's not much to do around, since this is mostly an industrial area, but it was very close to where we were working, so it worked for us. There's a VIPS restaurant just steps outside the hotel, great food, good prices.

Hesitate to mention this, could have picked up another place, but did get very ill after the buffet breakfast at the hotel. If no one else is saying this, it is probably unfair to blame it on the hotel!

Good enough for our needs.
The hotel is difficult to get to, but it is clean, and the rooms are comfortable. Sadly, the air conditioning did not work during our entire stay, and the poor maintenance people could not do anything about it. There are two shopping malls nearby, but one must drive very far to access them. Walking to them is an adventure in itself.

nice hotel
business meetings around the area june 2011 and july 2011. very good service and central location with mall, main high way, movie theater, night club next door, restaurant. good hotel stay, no complaint on the hotel but bad business trip with meetings with companies. they can not deliver what they say so make sure it is research and make proper decision with who ever you are dealing with. got burned many times but nice people and they will try to help you. lost lots time and money over the two trips.

The place is clean but dead. The bar tender has to be called by the front desk if you want a drink. Then he disappears again. Can't even pay for your drink without going back to the front desk.
