The hotel is two close to the main plaza.

Posted Dec 12, 2014
Pros: We loved the staff. The bar was a very pleasant place to go in the evening. The food is exceptional. We loved the patios by the bar and breakfast room
Cons: Our room was right above the street. It tended to be noisy at night which was o.k. for us, but others might wish to ask for an interior room.
Location: We were 2 blocks from the main plaza. The indoor market is 3 levels and includes food stalls, produce, crafts. Lots of activities in that area.
Every member of the staff is professional, courteous and friendly. Our room was quite spacious for two. We even had a patio with a table and chairs. It was nice to sit outside in the afternoons. The hotel is locked at all times so the person at the desk asks who you are and buzzes you in. It feels very secure. The continental breakfast included fresh fruit, orange juice, fresh warm muffins and coffee or tea. Tlaquepaque is a geat place to visit for a few days. We have been there several times, but this was the first time we stayed at this hotel. We would return.

Will never stay anywhere else inTlaquepaque!

Pros: The great restaurant, the breakfast, the comf beds and the spacious suite...and of course the reasonable price.
Cons: Perhaps a larger bathroom, but we managed....even the fluffy towels are wonderful.
Location: so close to the centre of Tlaquepaque, all the shops and activities are right at hand.
This is our favourite little boutique hotel....really not a secret any more. we stay here every few months on our shopping trips to Tonala and have never been disappointed...great beds, super restaurant, fabulous atmosphere, friendly staff, safe and secure...all round great place. don,t even think of staying anywhere else...it is so good there! We recommend a poolside suite...spacious, cool and quiet.

Wonderful Surprize

Posted Jul 3, 2014
Pros: Staff and location.
Cons: Guidance on where to find certain items to take home.
Location: The Hotel is a block away from the city center. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Mercado is just two blocks away.
What a wonderful surprise. Don't let the plain exterior of this boutique hotel fool you for inside it's an oasis. The staff is exceptional, the food and drink are great, and the location is perfect. Just a block away from the center of the city. We could walk around buy our treasures and then come back and drop them off in our room - and start over again. We would recommend this hotel to all our friends and family. Looking forward to our next visit. And if you have a car the parking is very secure. We didn't lock up the whole time.

Great place to stay in tlaquepaque.

Posted Apr 15, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff and great bar and restaurent
Cons: Beds could be more comfortable. Upgrade room if no other guests there especially!!!!
Location: Great location, loads to do in tlaquepaque and the surrounding towns.
The staff were fabulous and the other tourists were really friendly too. The facilities were great but room was very disappointing. We stayed for five nights but were given the most ordinary room, that was really noisy with uncomfortable beds. You would have thought they would give the best rooms to people who stayed longer, not the other way around.

An excellent place to stay

Posted Feb 12, 2014
Pros: location authentic decore
Cons: increase the traditional Mexican cuisine offerings
Location: Wonderful shopping in Tlaquepaque - all on foot. An easy drive to Guadalahara.
We enjoyed the hotel and its environs (Tlequepaque) and managed to do some great day trips to surrounding areas. A wonderful place to come 'home' to and share a drink and story with other guests.

Nice hotel in a great and accessible location.

Posted Jan 9, 2014
Pros: The location and customer service
Location: About 2-3 blocks from the Parian in Tlaquepaque. You can visit some galleries and enjoy lots of traditional food and places.
It was great. I can really tell that they offer excellent customer service. Somehow our reservation wasn't posted correctly because they had our name but not the room we had reserved and they provide us with a better room to compensate for the inconvenience. I loved the facility so much that I'll definitelly return.

Serves the purpose

Hotel decor in Lobby and restaurant are nice, rooms are old, a bit run down, shower is small, not very clean, for an overnight is not bad, wouldn't consider a prolonged stay.

A great little hotel tucked away in Tlaquepaque.

Posted May 27, 2013
Pros: Friendly patrons and wonderful staff.
Cons: Our room was adequate but nothing special.
Location: Great location. An easy walk to Tlaquepaque shopping and restaurants.
We rate this hotel as superb because of the kindness, attentiveness and helpfulness of the staff. What lovely people. The grounds are perfectly manicured and our room was clean and quite adequate. We also loved that we were in such close proximity to the main street in Tlaquepaque which made our outings so doable. We loved our stay in Quinta.
