One of the nicest places in tofino
Came up for a girls trip and wanted to spoil ourselves. This resort is right on the beach which so many amenities to utilize. We took advantage of the sauna and the look out room that was so cozy to watch the sunset. The rooms are so nice and comfortable and being able to walk out on the beach with a drink in your hand and then be able to pop right back into the room when you were too cold was amazing. I highly recommend this place and would definitely go back

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The beach is at your door step, so you can spend the day exploring and playing at the beach then you can relax in your condo. We visited in October so it was ‘storm’ season and very rainy, but very relaxing and beautiful.

Happy with cox bay- comfy foam mattress on king size bed. Washer/dryer so nice to have in unit. Pillows a little too lumpy - need more supportive ones. Very clean and well kept- staff friendly.

You can’t beat this location if you surf. The places are nice, comfortable, and I’m probably just going to stay there again because of the surfboard lockers, the level of comfort, and convenience with the surf. Only thing I think they need to change is to find a better system with the hot tub/sauna/gym. Only one person can use at a time snd having to go to the office to sign in and out seems silly. Hope they change that soon. Otherwise it was a great stay.

I love how this place is right on the beach. We don't have to drive anywhere. We can go explore on the beach go for a dip in the cold ocean and run back into the property for the hot tub or return to our suite for a snack or nap. Next door is a beautiful restaurant and good coffee shop. You can take a surf lesson too. We charged our electric car while parked on the property. The staff are so helpful. We love this place and come back almost every year.

Perfect family vacation on the beach! We had a one bedroom suite for us and our daughter and family had a two bedroom loft for the 6 of them. We felt very safe and the young grandchildren could go back and forth between the suites. As long as you booked the hot tub in advance there was sufficient use and the big party room was perfect for a get together. All in all this was an amazing accommodation with very helpful and friendly staff.

There were cobwebs everywhere. The dryer vent was clogged and it hardly worked. One of the tub drains was clogged and backing up while in use. Worst of all there were silver fish in the bathroom and kitchen sink! All yours for $400 a night. The beach is fantastic. We will be back to Tofino, not to Cox bay beach resort.

Amazing Stay, minus the tech
Stay was great and the location is superb. We enjoyed our multiple daily walks of the beach and the Privacy and quietness of the resort was enjoyable. The one thing that could be better would be more of the tech side. The wifi was slow and struggled to play movies, as well it didn’t cover the whole apartment. For example our bedroom didn’t have wifi but most of the rest of the apartment did. Also the TVs would be much better if you could atleast cast to them to watch movies, just a standard tv with cable.

Beautiful spot, in a great location. Condos are set up with everything you need. One of our favorite places to stay in Tofino. Only comment is that we were told facilities were first come first serve and could not be booked ahead. But when trying to get access to the lounge we were told it was booked for every night we were there, by the same group which was disappointing.

Great location with self contained suites. We enjoyed a family vacation in a comfortable 2 bedroom suite. It costs more than a hotel but you are right on the beach and there are amenities like hot tub and sauna.

I loved the quiet location of the property and the beautiful beach. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe. With the walking bike path outside the property, I walked into Town, stopping at other beaches and places of interest along the way. A Whistle Ride to Long Beach the following day with a walk back through part of The Rainforest Trail and the Pacific Rim National Park. Excellent mini vacation.
