The view was spectacular. We saw some sea lions from our room. The hot tub on the back porch was awesome to relax in after a day of hiking.

I did not get my free bottle of wine. Coffee and coffee maker were horrible! Nice quiet spot with lots of room. Clean and in a great location on the water.

My bed wasn’t the right size it was definitely not a king which I paid for also there was a barge loading logs till 1 am and I could barely sleep there was a high pitched noise and a really noisy tug boat

I just looked at the reason you were moved to a smaller bed. We had a lot of changes happen to a lot of stays and did our best to keep you in a signature collection room but did not check the bed size. Unfortunately we can not change anything happening in the harbour. We may be able to change the side of the resort next time if you choose to stay with us again! Otherwise, take care and thank you for choosing us this time!

The rooms are getting a little dated, especially the kitchen. Our dishwasher would not turn on, when we informed the reception, we were told “ya they can be a little finicky”……. No offer to send someone, no apology for the inconvenience.

The area is nice and quiet the suite I stayed in was new and renovated. There was lack of hooks to hang up things in the bathroom like towels and clothes. Parking was also a challenge at night when coming back my suit did not have an assigned parking spot. So I had to park far away a few times when coming back as it first come.

Great units... nice and spacious... has everything you need.. been staying here a few years now... a little dated and the beds are very hard but those are minor details... beautiful on the water.. lots of wildlife all around.. we will always come back

I did like the tub on the deck, cooking facilities, comfortable bed, warmth of the place, and coziness of it. The view was amazing. However, what didnt impress me was a huge cobweb right in the open between the kitchen and the hall. As well as major dust and old food under the hide-a-bed,hair in the tub, and dirt, mold and blood(pink in color) under the rim of the toilet. I believe the bathroom needs to be the cleanest part of a unit/hotel room. I also noticed nothing had been whiped behind on the counter top in the kitchen. Maybe im a little picky when it come to cleaning, as my parents owned a resort for 30 years, and i did house keeping in a hospital for years, i just think when a person pays that kind of money, it should be clean! Also, parking should be assigned to each room with numbered parking spots, as i have a terminal lung disease and their was no handycap parking anywhere that i could see. We had to park one building away as visitors took our parking spot. We did have a good weekend, and would probably stay again. I hope this helps them to check up on their house keeping sraffs work more often. Thanks again. Happy New Year!!!

The property was excellent and we had a superb view from our room, 402. Spacious and very good for 4 people. Couldn’t enjoy the surroundings by walking as the boardwalk is broken and closed. Everything else was excellent. Review stars regarding staff was not because of poor service, not required at all except for check in and check out.
