Larger rooms than most hotels in Tokyo. Very friendly concierge and efficient check in. Jazz played in the bar during the evenings we were there. Made my short stay in Tokyo even better.
Stayed at Shinagawa Prince Hotel Annex Tower. Excellent accommodations for modest price, great location for accessing Tokyo via Shinagawa Station.
Very nice and polite staff. Easy check in and out. Room was amazing has such a great view of the city. Only down side was when trying to get drinks at the bar. Took a long time get them to take our order so we walked out(nice view of the city though)
A young bell boy damaged my suitcase when I checked in late at night (he forced my large suitcase on a narrow escalator and it got stuck). The senior managers came to apologize to me almost every day, sent the suitcase to Samsonite for repair (which will take 1-2 months) and bought a brand new suitcase ...
Fantastic accommodation, traditional Japanese house, very comfortable for our whole family. The location is a bit out of the way, but access by subway is ok. Stay here if you want authentic Japanese with mod cons, done to a very high standard
It's a room for sleep but quite comfortable. Staff are very friendly. They don't have breakfast. The hostel is quite far from Minowa station. It's suitable for backpackers.
The only thing I would warn against for foreigners is that almost all the signs are in Japanese. The staff does have English speakers which is helpful, but if you don't know how to read Japanese then the only thing that might throw you off is the shower room. Otherwise most things are self-explanatory. ...
It's hard to be in a Country where people mostly do nit speak your language but the staff there were very accommodating. They try to help you as much possible even with sign language😊 Its close to the train station, quiet, unique experienced. It makes me wanna have my own capsule business.
The hotel is very closed to the subway station which is very convenient. There are lots of places nearby for eating and breakfast. Even if you choose to walk to the central Shinjuku (2 stations away), you won't find it long and difficult. Isetan is within walking distance (1 station away). The hotel ...
Stayed for 7 nights, The buffet breakfast was great and on the top floor, providing panoramic views over the area. We had an amazing view from our room on the 22nd floor as well.
Nice hostel with very friendly and attentive staffs. The staffs were very very kind. However, the elevator was really stuffy. Lack of fresh air. Thank you so much for helping us! Great staff!
It's a 10-minute walk to a JR station, the next one over from Maihama, the Disney stop. The hotel itself is nice, with reasonable breakfast selections included. Be warned that the rooms are small (not a rare thing in Tokyo, for the record) and you need to climb a set of stairs to get to the front ...
The staff was great. I will be writing them a personal thank you as soon as I get over my jet lag as I just got home to Los Angeles some hours ago. The Four Seasons staff members have always been great as I stay at a lot of Four Seasons Hotels. But, this afternoon at 2PM, it was incredible for a ...
