We stayed as a family of 4 in two rooms during early August. It was our first visit to Japan and the staff were very helpful. Services were provided very efficiently, with the rooms being fairly modern, very functional and clean, albeit quite small. Once we got over the room size I would say the ...
This is your usual business hotel but with slightly larger than average rooms on Japanese standards. Still pretty small compared with other countries however. Everything clean even if a bit dated. Staff speak a little English which is nice. Breakfast must be improved. It's been the same for the last ...
I had an amazing view from the 17th-floor hotel room and I spent four nights at this fantastic hotel. The rooms are small but they make use of every available space. The room was comfortable after trekking all over Tokyo during the day and the blackout curtains let me sleep in from the early rising ...
This hotel is only a 3-4 minute walk from shinjuku station, the largest station in the world. We bought the JR 7 day pass and used it everyday either around Tokyo or on the bullet train to Kyoto! Lots of wonderful cafes 1-2 minutes away as well. The hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly. The ...
Great location with close proximity to Ikebukuro station and Tobu/Lumine Department stores. Convenient to get to airports as well with airport limo bus picking up directly from hotel lobby...

Room was cleaned well on a daily basis but can notice a few black marks (think it's permanent and cannot be removed) ...
The location and quality of the hotel is consistence with the hotel rating. the bed was a small double but it fitted the small size room.
Spend 10 days in Tokyo New Otani (the Main) Great location, tons of restaurants to choose from in the hotel, cute boutique stores, feels like resort. Outstanding guest service, really impressed. Comfortable size room (we had the two twin beds), super clean. Thanks for the great experience!
Everyone at the hotel is extremely helpful and friendly. Honestly, if you are looking to stay in Tokyo, and see the city, there is no better place. I dont speak any Japanese, but the staff was very accomodating.
