Great hotel overlooking the bay...

Posted Jul 14, 2016
Great hotel... Located on 4th floor of high rise... (Japanese Style - beds on floor, Seating on floor) separate bath/shower and toilet)... Amenities were great and room was clean... Located directly off the Yurikamome Line off the Takeshiba Station (can't get any closer than this) as well as a few blocks from the Monorail to the Haneda Airport which is what we used to arrive (straight shot from the airport using the express train at ¥490 per person each way). Again very easy to transport to and from the airport!

Nice hotel right on the waterfront

Posted May 22, 2016
Nice quiet location but with good transport options. A one or two minute walk to the Yurikamome line Takeshiba station, then one or two stops to connect with many of the main lines that cross Tokyo. Also great for connecting to river or harbour cruises.

Seasoned hotel

Posted Apr 18, 2016
Pros: The location is great with a view of Tokyo tower.
Cons: The comfort level can be improved through increased bedding.
This hotel was in a great location. The room space was good but the bathroom space was minor. Each piece had its own tiny room making it difficult to move around with more than one person in the area. Each bed comes with only one pillow and the staff will not allow you anymore pillows beyond that.

Could be worse

Posted Feb 23, 2016
Pros: Location, it was near the metro station.
Cons: Bed, pillows and service.
Location: Metro Station at 5min walk. Tsukiji Fish Market at 20min walk.
I travel a lot for business and leisure and this is the 1st time with an aweful bed and pillows, the second night my bed was not made during the room cleaning. We ask for an additional bed (3 people) and that was a terrible idea, the bed and bed sheets were not clean, we ask for the bed to be removed and the answer was that there was not people to do it (7:00 PM) to wait until next day. Just two outlet plugs in the whole room and far from the beds (in the opposit side) and 1 in the bathroom.

Convenient for site seeing

Posted Jan 20, 2016
Pros: Staff are will to help, I was going on a trip for 3 days and wanted to go light and they were more than happy to keep my case for me
Cons: Finding reception is an experience, you enter on ground and reception is on 4th floor, luckily someone who spoke English told me as there were no sign
Location: All attractions are easy to get to with the subway so near
It a little from the tourist track but with underground and a Jr station within 5 minute walk it's very easy to get around. If you do want to walk around a lot of the places are 20+ minutes walk.

Conveniently located from Haneda Airport

Posted Nov 12, 2015
Pros: Short walk from Hamamatsucho station & many eateries (western & Japanese) in the basement.
Cons: Add English speaking tv channels & larger TV (one in my room is about 18").
Location: Many restaurants are nearby the station, Tokyo bay is right behind the hotel. You can hop on a ferry/cruise to Asakusa from the bay pier.
If you arrived Haneda airport, you can reach the hotel via the monorail (non-stop express from Haneda to Hamamatsucho for 490yen). Hotel is about 10 minutes walk (few traffic lights). Try to book early as price difference can be significant. I added third night about a week later from original booking & price jumped more than 30%. Check-in is on the 4th floor (lacking English direction) and room is small by US standard. Bathroom is the standard modular units commonly seen in Japanese business hotels (deep but small bathtubs) with strong shower pressure. Wi-fi is not stable & occasionally got disconnected. Breakfast options are either western (ham, egg, bacon and sausage) or Japanese (miso, salmon, fermented soybeans called natto, rice & pickles).

Hotel was ok for a one night stay, but the room was not properly cleaned beforehand and came across hairs and other items several time without even trying. Actual room was a lot smaller than expected. Very inconvenient to have to change elevators many times just to get the room. Too much promotion of wedding materials from the GF all the way to the lobby on the 4F.

Great location and a nice carefree stay.

Posted Mar 31, 2015
Pros: Location, price.
Location: Two blocks from Hamamatsucho station and directly beside Takeshiba station.
Just a short walk from Hamamatsucho station this hotel was in a great location allowing me to get almost anywhere by train in under 20 minutes. It's also right beside Takeshiba station which goes to Odaiba. Hotel staff was friendly and room was more than sufficient. Being Japan and space being a privilege it was a smaller room but perfectly comfortable for a single person.
