Clean and has everything you need from vending machines to washer/dryer. Located on the edge of Kabukicho its walking distance to a lot of fun stuff.

Plenty of room in each capsule. Access to extra pillows which was great. Clean and comfortable shared vanity areas. Great water flow and temperature. Helpful and friendly staff. Great location with lots to see/places to eat/shops directly in the vicinity. Tea ceremony service offered in the same building by a different company. Big health and beauty shop on the groud floor. Directly opposite a convenience store. Nice 8-10 minute stroll to metro. Through KoreaTown area. Would reccommend and would stay again myself

Much better than what I expected for a capsule hotel. I stayed a week and I'd say that's the maximum I'd stay there just bc after a while you start wanting more space. WiFi signal was perfectly good, showers were great (though the last one closest to the sinks had more issues staying warm, so use the middle one or the one with the bathtub), it was quiet and clean and the staff were really nice. Location is right between Central Shinjuku and Shin-Ookubo (Korea Town) so I got to explore the less known parts of Korea Town which was nice (I used to live in Shinjuku and thought I knew the area).

First experience in a capsule, and it was more spacious than i imagined. There was basic toiletries provided, and the staff was helpful at reception. I was worried about my luggage storage - it was put in the entry way at reception before check in, and the lockers only fit my backpsck. I was lucky that other guests were respectful of others and no one was loud, rowdy, or stole my stuff. If only the air conditioning was in the elevator, and a bit stronger in the capsule.
