Cons: Maybe double or triple pane window would help minimizing street noise.
I like most everything about this hotel except for the noisy street at night. I was on the sixth floor yet I felt like people were having a party right outside the balcony of my room. Maybe I should've asked for one facing away from that street. Other than that, the hotel room is well equipped , clean and comfortable. The staff are cheerful and ready to help and they all speak English.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Not too far from subway stations and plenty of restaurants & bars but we couldn't hear the street noise from the room. Room is large with a washer/dryer. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast is the same everyday but it was free. Will stay here again!

Not bad but not great either. Breakfast terrible. Hotel has been renovated but has been done on the cheap. Close by 2 subway stations which was a positive.

Pros: It's sheer value for money, how clean and organized everything is and how friendly and helpful the staff are. Location is perfect too!
Cons: NOTHING. I'm coming back with friends this year!
Location: Post-office, 100Yen store, Tokyo Metro, huge shopping mall, tons of restaurants and a spirits store with nearly everything; within FIVE minutes walk!!
Staff are polite, friendly, pretty good English and VERY informative. Capsules are as warm as you decide, kept meticulously clean, each with their own 40 inch TV and free headphones, pillows feature two-sides texture (soft and hard), universal plug sockets/phone chargers. The showers are perfect. The toilets are clean, sensor-operated, heated, feature waterfall background music... I really could go on... You need only bring laundry detergent, deodorant and make-up. EVERYTHING else is given for free! Towels, bathrobes, several soaps/shampoos, toothbrush/toothpaste, feminine stationary, razor blades/shaving cream, hand towels and slippers are all provided! You are provided with a locker and a lockable bedside draw with keys. High speed internet throughout and a PC at reception. The breakfast buffet is worth it too! Have not used the bar. I stayed for ten days in the capsule tower on the third floor. I slept well each night. I will be back, with friends but this was a perfect hotel for visiting Tokyo alone as I was.

Good combination of comfort and value

This is a nice budget hotel. The room was small, but to be expected in Tokyo. It was the best price I could find in the Akasaka/Roppongi area, and reviews were better than at the APA's in the vicinity. The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice. The room had a place to cook food and do laundry in room, but I didn't need either of those. It had a nice sized TV and I was pleasantly surprised to see my room had a sizable balcony. It's also in a great location with several metro stops nearby, a convenient 7-11 for cash/snacks/drinks, and lots of good restaurants. If you're a business traveler looking for a place to setup for work or spend a lot of time in the room, you might try to find a place where you'll spend more but have a bigger room to spread out in. However, if you're on vacation and looking for a place to sleep comfortably after long days touring around Tokyo, this is the place for you. I would definitely look to stay here again if I happen to be in Tokyo again.

Essentially a capsule hotel

Pros: The entire premises was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and professional. There was also a bar with free soft drinks for guests.
Cons: Better product description as to what a "cabin" actually is.
Location: On a street with lots of bars / restaurants. Very close to two different subway stations.
I booked a "cabin room". I Imagined this to be a small room like "Bloc" hotels. However a cabin was actually a bunk bed with a screen around it. Much like a capsule hotel. The Cabin was well equipped with TV, wifi, charging points, locker. There was a shared bathroom with towels, slippers, razors, soap, shampoo etc.
