Great hotel. Perfect location with plenty of dining options and close to train station. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable. We even had a view of Mount Fuji!

Aside from sorting out that the lobby is on the 20th floor, which surprised us, we liked everything about this hotel. They are very obliging. The hotel is modern and has lots of amenities.

Great hotel, convenient location, close to Shinjuku Station and around many restaurants and shops. Our stay had a lot of rain, and the hotel provides umbrellas for guests. You can also rent one from 7-11, very convenient. Hotel room is very decent size and the bed is very comfortable. Room is clean and staff are very friendly. We took the airport limousine to the hotel, it has a stop in front of the hotel. However it took almost 2 hours to get to the hotel because it was Friday evening and the traffic was bad. If you don’t have a lot of luggage, taking the metro would be faster.

Hotel is clean and in a very convenient location. Very short walk to Shinjuku station and around so many restaurants and shopping. Hotel provides umbrella for rainy days. We took the airport limousine bus to the hotel, but since it was Friday afternoon, it took 2 hours to get to the hotel due to traffic. If you have less luggage maybe quicker to take metro. Staff are super friendly.

Great location and close enough for vegan food options. Shinjuku station is close by. The staff are really helpful and helped to send our luggage to the next hotel which was in Kyoto. We are coming back on the way back and they’ve held our shopping so we didn’t need to take it with us.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Super clean facilities and room. Spacious by Japan standards. Very convenient location and accessible to transport, shops and food. Love it!! We will stay again when we are in Tokyo.

Overall, our hotel stay was very nice. The panoramic room view is definitely amazing. Hotel was clean and staff were very amenable and helpful. Four star rating instead of five because of no coin laundry. Closest coin laundry was too far to walk and drag laundry so had to use hotel laundry service which was expensive. However, the hotel service was impeccable, laundry was folded perfectly and pants put on hangars so you get what you pay for. If a view of Shinjuku is your thing, you cant go wrong with the panoramic rooms at Century Southern Tower.

We always stay at this hotel despite no bell service and that the lobby is on the 20/f. It is conveniently located and can walk all over Shinjuku with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. However, the hotel is not as clean as it used to be and the housekeeping for the rooms is very superficial. They crumpled up my sleepwear and threw it on the night table consecutively for 3 nights before I folded it myself each morning. Room floors are quite dirty so would recommend you use their slippers.

Had a good stay at the hotel. Staffs are attentive. If there is a coin laundry service it will be prefect. Otherwise I feel the hotel is cosy and clean at all times. Thank you and will stay with the hotel again 😊

Room is bigger than the many hotels we had been in. Not much on the view. When we entered the room, we were greeted with a waft of toilet smell (stayed that way throughout our stay). Carpet is worn. All else are acceptable.
