Is not what they offer in pictures!!!!

Pros: It was in a good city but in the worst street
Cons: They said that is a very nice night life, but in the reality is a red zone full of strippers, not a good environment, they offers amenities as they we
Location: Just strippers and strippers everywhere
They said that is a very nice night life, but in the reality is a red zone full of strippers, not a good environment, they offers amenities as they were a 4 stars hotel and you get a MOTEL, they breakfast not good, really small room, they charge $4 just for calling they taxi.... so is too expensive for what they offer.

Not bad, reasonable, but red light district

Posted Nov 7, 2016
hotel is alright, room is well-spaced for Japan standard though bed is too hard. Staff is not so warm n friendly like other Japanese retailers. Coffee n breakfast not so good... AND situated in the red light district, this is not suitable for women only or family-children tourists.

Pleasant stay

Posted Nov 1, 2016
Pros: The room was spacious and quite modern. Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. The hotel is well located for shopping.
Cons: It's located in a sketchy part of Shinjuku, near the red light district, with many unsavory characters lurking around the hotel area.
Location: Very close to the Shinjuku train station, though getting around in the train station can be tricky. Good location for shopping and nightlife.

We stayed here for a week. Staff were so friendly and helpful, the location is great. Short walk to everything. The rooms are clean, just small. Would stay here again.

Great Hotel for a Stay in Tokyo

Posted Oct 14, 2016
Pros: Location, Service, Price
Location: Golden Gai is literally out the back door!
Minutes away from Shinjuku Station, Citadines Central Shinjuku offers you a clean, comfortable space with quick access to all of Tokyo. The staff there was superb, making check-in and check-out easy, as well as making reservations to restaurants on my behalf a month before my arrival. I can't complain, this hotel was great!
