Very convinient, JR Line , Osaki Station. All Hotel staff members are friendly and helpful. Last but not least , Hotel Guest have access (for a fee) to a member only Fitness Club inside the building. I will stay in this well funktion Hotel again .

Okura Kobe is a First Hotel . But unfortunaly the Fitness Club ist highly overpriced for staying guest. Thats why i only give 4 Stars.

I will definitely come back to this hotel. It is right at Osaki station and within the nice ThinkPark complex. It is a very pleasant area with gardens, restaurants and stores.

This hotel was just okay. It’s fairly close to a subway line and there are several options for coffee and food. The room was clean but very small. No space to unpack. The elevators are slow and always stop at Floor #4 slowing them down. The amenities were very limited compared to what the 3 other hotels where I had stayed offered. You have to pay to use the gym; thought it was included.

Conveniently located with a great access to a JR Osaki station, cafes/ dining, and shops. I chose this hotel as hotel guests have an access to an individual gym which is located on the 2nd floor of the hotel building.

This was my first time in Tokyo and I didn’t know what to expect. But this hotel was clean and located right next to the Osaki station so it was a perfect launching point for checking out the city. Staff knew just enough English so we could communicate well and they were super helpful. Definitely going to stay here next time. The room is small by American standards, but it’s Tokyo so that is to be expected.

Good but there must be better options
Totally acceptable stay with no shortcomings on the basic stuff. It was clean, comfortable, functional. Room’s conditions and decor was however very dated and needs a renovation. No instant coffee in the room seemed skimpy.

Only a few minutes from JR Osaki station. Lot’s of restaurants and grocery stores surrounding. Extremely clean. Perfect place to stay at while visiting Japan!!

Overall an excellent property in a great location, with one exception: of the three hotels we stayed in during our time in Japan, this offered the least inspiring breakfast. Indeed we gave up on it after the first try, even though we had prepaid for multiple days. Tastes will vary, but know there is a variety of breakfast options available within a 5-10 minute walk, including Gate City Plaza, Thinkpark Plaza, and the Osaki Station itself. We left feedback with the hotel, so perhaps things will have changed when you stay here.

Small room but great location being attached to a building with several restaurants. It is also attached to osaki station indirectly. Many places to ear near by.

Great hotel and location to easily explore Tokyo .
Location is highly connected by road and rail. Busy during day, very quiet at night. Many restaurants, supermarkets and conveinience stores within five minute walk. Highly recommmended for a tourist free, local, experience.

Awesome hotel for the price
Hotel was in a convenient area next to the metro station and a bunch great restaurants in the building next door. Other than that, it is in a quiet neighborhood with no real attractions, but I look at that as a plus since it forces you to go out and explore other areas. Clean rooms and helpful staff makes this a definite will stay again on my next trip to Japan.

3 mins walk from Osaki train station , stright walking from train exit to hotel, it is super clean hotel. Forget it if you have a laundry, its takes forever waiting even though early in the morning 5am. There is no subway from Osaki station to get arround Tokyo.

Nice howl close to subway
Hotel room was small but clean. The breakfast was good and had a mix of western and eastern food. Close proximity to the subway made it easy to around Tokyo. Staff did a good job speaking English to help us and were friendly.

Hotel was well placed for the JR Osaki train station, restaurants, and had a sports centre on the ground floor. The room itself was relatively spacious and a decent sized bathroom. I'd happily stay there again.

Very close to osaki station
About a 3min walk from station. Hardly get wet if raining as there is mostly cover. Osaki is close to a lot of main districts by train. Clean and comfortable room . highly recommended.

Great Business Hotel
My stay at Daiwa Roynet in Osaki was great. The friendly staff made my long trip from the airport almost worth the the time. The reception staff were well trained and very professional. They never failed to greet me. The rooms were very clean and well kept. The only downside for me is that the rooms were very small in size and the lack of the use of the connecting gym services at a larger discounted rate. In summary, it was excellent service in a business oriented hotel.
