The property is about a 10-12 minute walk from the metro stations which is not too far, unless you’re wheeling/carrying around heavy luggage with you and then it feels like forever. The property is tucked away in a back street so it is very quiet. The property and the rooms were very clean and updated. Would recommend.

This hotel is not as nice as in the pictures. Very small lobby and staff in the afternoon were three young teens. There is no conciege, and when we asked where we could buy something they gave us the address to a business headquarters and not a shop. On the plus side, the staff was pleasant and we enjoyed the night time popsicles. It's also a decent location, but not sure it's worth the money.

I absolutely loved this hotel, so much so that I’m booking a room at the Dormy Inn in Kyoto for my trip in 2025. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start each day. Room was a little small, but that is typical for hotels in Tokyo. Great location too. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Very small room but very clean and quiet. Was able to hear the trains at night but not enough to bother us. Ramen served free at night was delicious. Pajamas were very comfortable and guests wore them to breakfast and in lobby in evening for ramen snack. Free coffee/tea/soda in lobby. Easy walk to both Shibuya and Harajuku stations. Did not try the hot spring spa, but many guests did. Only downside was the extra pillows we asked for. They were hard and similar to a heavy beanbag. Overall avery nice hotel.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful, the amenities were excellent, breakfast was delicious. This was the perfect place to stay and we will stay here again in the future.

Don’t stay here if you have any tattoos. You will not be allowed into the spa/onsen area. The windows are also a stone’s throw away from the city train and you will hear the trains crossing through the night.

This property was awesome. It was between Harajuku and Shibuya train station. Need your room mey to use elevator. Their is a man and woman spa, yes expect to see naked people. Theres a small medium book shelf of anime. Unlimited ice cream and yukult at a certain time. Breakfast and late night theres some soup. It was an overall awesome experience

This property was embarrassingly tired! From the ripped couch in the lobby to the well worn furniture in the rooms, not to mention the rattle of the train directly outside our hotel room window! The faucet in our room was not securely tightened, the door fell off the dresser in our son's room, etc. etc. We stayed at five different hotels during our trip to Japan, this was the most expensive and by far the worst. Please don't stay here! There are many other options in a city the size of Tokyo!

Very walkable to Shibuya attractions, shopping, dining and transportation. The hotel was clean and had nice amenities. The rooms are on the small side by American or European standards, but I understand that is common for Japanese hotels.

The built-in onsen and full-size bed were nice to find for the price point in this neighborhood. The staff were nice for check in/check-out. Coffee/tea are available in the lobby. Some nice vending machine options on each floor. Tucked away on a side street next to the train, it feels very cozy and is pretty convenient for getting around Tokyo without being in a bustling part of Shibuya

Quiet and safe, friendly employees. Just a bit small and dated for my taste. Also felt a little claustrophobic like we were tucked into a corner. Hard to explain but wouldn’t recommend overall. It was clean and fine for what we needed.

Loved the property. It was very close to multiple train stations and attractions. Shibuya Crossing was down the street which made night activities very easy. The front desk lobby does know how to speak English, which made it very easy to ask questions. They allow bag storage before check-in and after check out and the hotel itself has many amenities for relaxing after a long day, however, they are not tattoo friendly.

I have zero complaints about this hotel. The amenities (bath house and sauna) made this experience WAY more worth it. This is located in Shibuya area, which is close to the major stations and all major landmarks. being that im a solo traveler, o don't require giant resort luxury hotels (because sometimes I don't want to get lost in hotels, I prefer to leave them). That being said, I loved it here and if I ever go back, I will always be staying here. It was just right.

I stayed here for 5 nights and found the hotel to be extremely convenient to the trains. It was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was great and there were all sorts of other amenities that we never had a chance to use. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

It’s a great hotel with lots of good amenities that is unusual for a 3* hotel, I have been traveling every 3-4 months and never seen a 3* with such amenities- I would have rated it 5* but the room was noisy as it was facing the train pad and couldn’t sleep. Else it was a perfect place to say if one wouldn’t mind train noise running every 5-10 minutes

The hotel is clean and quiet. They serve soba every night free of charge as complimentary. The staffs are nice and helpful, they can communicate well in English.The location of the hotel is not close to the train station and shopping area(but walkable), however it doesn’t cause difficulty.

It is nearby everything walkable distance, their complementary ramen is actually good. Their onsen is so peaceful and relaxing, it has sauna as well. Room is pretty spacious for Tokyo standards, their windows and walls block noises you can’t hear the train next to you which is amazing. Would totally star there again.
