It was easy to book and the staff was polite and helpful. The only minus point is that my family did not have rooms whose doors are just next to each other. I have called late Nov/early Dec to ask to be allocated rooms which are next to each other.
The hotel is walking distance from Shinjuku train station. It is easy access to restaurants and shops nearby. The self check in kiosk was easy to use. I was satisfied with this hotel.
Hotel felt luxurious for the price Great value Incredible view of surrounding areas Rooms are comfortable, great layout and interior design Great quality bedding / linen
Nice cosy hotel that is very near to the Shinjuku train station. Very clean room with a view of the Shinjuku city. Hotel staff were all very polite and can understand and speak english for non-japanese tourist.
Perfect location. Close to both JR and subways. Shimbashi is busy but not as busy as Shinjuku. Like it a lot! Also Shimbashi is close to everything, esp to Haneda Airport or to go to Shinagawa station for Shinkansen. Hotel is very nice too. Staffs are helpful and speak good English. I sent a lot ...
Great location. This hotel is close to transport if you need to get around Tokyo and a short stroll to the main area in Shinjuku. The rooms were very clean and a good size. It's able to accomodate 2 people without issues.
This hotel is quite new, and the location is excellent - just a few steps away from Shinjuku Sanchome metro station. There is a Starbucks a block away, and a lot of great shopping and dining options very close by. The area is very safe and clean no matter what time of day it is. The staff speak some ...
I enjoyed the stay with very professional staffs with Japanese hospitality. Location was also great but one negative thing was slow room cleaning. Even I put the sign to clean the room around 9am, it just completed around 2pm.
Initially difficult to locate as most locals could not provide clear directions. However, once located it was noted to be suitably within walking distance to public transportation, restaurants, and mall.
Close to Shinjuku station and to a lot of tour pick ups A lot of good choices for breakfast within hotel Clean efficient and very friendly staff Limousine Bus Shuttle from Narita and Haneda stops and pick up at this hotel
It was a nice location walking distance to everything staff can speak and understand english easy access to transportation airconditioned room laundry in house
Booked 2 room and 3 room. 2 room size is Ok for 2 people whereas 3 room size is the same size as 2 room but squeeze in another bed. A bit small for 3 people without much space for luggages.
We switched to Daiichi Hotel Seafort after an awful experience at the Prince Hotel. It is Located 15 minute walk (I am 60yr) from the Shinagawa train station. Large very comfortable room and bathroom. Nice views water. Good selection cafes and restaurants in complex and lots other shops facilities. ...
My wife and I loved the hotels location. We took a young nephew on the hotels free shuttle to Tokyo Disneyland. Many sites are walking distance from the hotel and there are 2 subway/train stations nearby. We were able to take 1 train from Haneda Airport to the hotel.
Convenient to Institute of Medical Science of the Univ of Tokyo. Near Meguro subway stop and close to Happoen. Sheratonclub lounge was good.
Close to starions, food, shopping and convenience stores. Clean, lovely rooms.
