Nice hotel with balcony, possible to open the wind

Posted Mar 22, 2017
Cons: price for the breakfast is quite expensive
it is a very nice hotel in Shinagawa area. Much less crowded as the hotels closer to the train station. It takes just 8 minutes walk to the station but it is a nice morning walk.

Grand Prince

Posted Feb 6, 2017
Beautiful interior and comfortable room. They put us in a smoking room after requesting for a none smoking and made it up by upgrading us. Room was small still but it was clean. It was nice and clean, that's all that mattered. Everything is expensive in Japan so be prepared to spend money. ;-)

Excellent hotel.

Posted Jan 2, 2017
Pros: Location, service, rooms.
Cons: Nothing to improve.
Location: Shinagawa Station nearby with plenty or restaurants.
Everything about it was just great. Service exquisite. Rooms impeccable. Even the location is great, considering there's a free shuttle to the nearest station.

great hotel near Shinagawa station.

Posted Dec 19, 2016
Pros: As an added plus the hotel has a beautiful restaurant that serves Western style food.
The hotel was excellent as well as the staff. The room was like what you would expect in a US hotel....spacious and a balcony. Everything was clean and well maintained. It would be a great hotel for either business or vacation travel.

Near Shinagawa Train Station

Posted Dec 18, 2016 on Hotels
Near the shinagawa train station. There is a free shuttle bus if one has problem pushing his luggage up a slight slope to the hotel. There is a nice Japanese garden within the hotel vicinity. There are two Swimming pools but they are open only in summer.

Quite surprise that front desk cannot communicate.

Posted Dec 14, 2016
When I approached Front Desk, the young lady was unable to communicate in English when I asked for cash advances by credit cards. It is a pity because this is really a very good hotel overall. Staff are very professional. Will revisit this hotel again.

Nice renovated hotel with more western style

Posted Dec 7, 2016
Cons: Free bottled water in room
Close to Shinagawa Station, nicely renovated recently, big rooms with nice beds,...all good reasons to choose this hotel if in Tokyo. Keep in mind that around Shinagawa is residential and business so its not a tourist area for site seeing, shopping or even good range of food.
