"Great hotel with direct line from Haneda Airport."
We stayed our first night in Japan at this hotel. It is a perfect location for coming and going from the Haneda Airport--directly connected with a station. It has a lovely restaurant for which we received discount vouchers for breakfast upon check in. The food was buffet style and very delicious. Our room was nothing quiet and great for two, but nothing particularly memorable. However, the view was quite nice, and we enjoyed gazing out at night and in the morning. There is a 7-Eleven conveniently located in the same complex for a quick ATM, if needed. Overall, a covenient, nice stay!

"Conveniently located"
The hotel was very clean and the location was perfect. The train station was almost in the same building. But you can't hear anything in your room. The rooms are small but typical of Japan. Shopping is half a block away. Dining is across the street. Centrally located and everything is walking distance. I will stay here again.

"Lovely hotel in Tokyo suburb."
We stayed here for a visit to the Ghibli Museum, which is a pleasant 2-kilometer walk away. The hotel is configured with an indoor courtyard into which the rooms face. It's a very elegant facility, with several restaurants and some shopping on the first few floors. The rooms are very nice, though a bit cramped for us spoiled Americans. As usual in Japan, the staff is attentive and everything is meticulously clean. The only problem I encountered is that the English sign, while big, is set back from the street. I walked by the hotel twice on consecutive days! You need to pay close attention to your mapping application.

tiny room but good for one people. Some of the hotel staff speak quite good English. And everyone is super friendly and helpful: one young lady helped me called several high end restaurants and made reservations, a manager helped me get a ticket to a sold-out show in the Takarazuka Theater next door etc. They have Chinese speaking staff on site too. I usually stay at Conrad Tokyo. Booked this trip very last minute and this hotel was one of the few options left within my budget. I'm very pleased with my stay and the service I received and will definitely recommend this place to my friends. Bus to Narita airport will pick up in front of Imperial Hotel cross the street. Very convenient. 1 min walk to closest subway station.

"Decent hotel, nice size rooms, great views"
I have stayed here twice now. Both times the rooms are quite smoky smelling despite being a non smoking hotel. Facilities in the rooms are great, and a comfortable hotel. Hotel is in a slightly funny location, not being too close to much. It's a short walk to tsukiji market, but about 15 minutes walk into Ginza so convenient, but not super convenient. Good hotel

"buffet should be part of the selling point ..."
I am not sure if the hotel is interested in providing breakfast buffet since 1) I purcharsed breakfast ticket since I saw the ad (and also the hotel clerk did not care to ask/offer) and 2) a table was cleared very quickly by the time I returned to the table w/a new plate of items that I did not try the first time round.

This hotel was much further away from city center than we thought. The neighborhood is local so there was very little english spoken except by train station. Both restaurants in the hotel were not very good. The front desk spoke some english but not very good. More frustrating was that they did not have subway maps or info on anything around them in English. The hotel itself was neat and clean but we probably would not stay there again.
