5 Star Hotel

Posted Mar 11, 2017
This is the first time we have stayed at this hotel. This is a beautiful hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. We had a beautiful view of the waterway and city buildings with Mt Fuji behind it. The hotel is so convinient with the shopping centers right next to the hotel and the train station right in front if t he hotel. There were a lot of good places to eat in the shopping centers. This location was super convinient. I'll come and stay here again.

Nice hotel next to the Daiba railway station

Posted Feb 7, 2017
Location: Daiba Railway Station, Yurikamome, Shopping mall, business offices
We stayed in a comfortable hotel room with a balcony and view. The bed was very spacious and we requested for a queen size. For Japan standards, the bathroom was quite large. The staff are very friendly, they always go over and above to ensure that customers have a great experience from the start to finish. For example: 1. we arrived after late check-in deadline but the reception reserved our room. 2. After check out, the conceirge held onto our bags until we were ready to leave.

Excellent hotel with fast access to Haneda Airport

Posted Jan 17, 2017
Pros: Location is a bit further away from the middle of Tokyo, but has a lot going on in its own neighborhood. Close to the airport!
Cons: Breakfast was expensive, so we opted not to buy it. Eggs 'n Things is next door, opens at 9am.
Location: Bunch of shopping, a beautiful beach trail by the bay, and a giant Gundam statue!
I was on a ski trip in Shiga Kogen, and there was a massive snow dump that had me worried about making my flight out of Haneda on time. I looked on Expedia for a hotel in Tokyo with a same day check in. Hilton? Done! And because I was a day of booking, the price was less than 50% of the original! The hotel is beautiful with great views of the bay, Rainbow Bridge, and if the weather is right, Mount Fuji. I saw all three. There are also three or four malls/outlets within walking distance, and the subway station there exits right into a ramp that leads to the hotel's entrance. Getting to Haneda is a breeze. The airport bus limousine goes to the hotel's back entrance, and you can purchase tickets from the front desk. My wife and I together were 1000 yen! I would definitely come back again.

Nice hotel, great views, close to public transport

Posted Dec 29, 2016
We stayed here for three nights before traveling to another city and I wish we had stayed here longer. The room was very nice. It seemed like it was recently renovated with a beautiful bathroom and comfortable beds. We had an amazing view fromour room and the proximity to many of Tokyo's rail lines made it easy to get around even for someone new to the city. The only downside was that the TV and menu lacked western options. I would definitely stay here again though.

We are grateful that you have taken the time to post a review of your recent stay. I am happy to learn that you enjoyed your recent stay and enjoyed the panoramic views as well as the many facilities accessible in close proximity from our hotel. Set on the waterfront, Hilton Tokyo Odaiba is moments from popular theme parks, malls, dining and entertainment. See gorgeous views of Tokyo's skyline and the famous Rainbow Bridge from 15 stories up. And I am glad to read that our team members were able to show you their usual generous Japanese hospitality. Thank you for choosing to stay at Hilton Tokyo Odaiba.

Good location, big room, service needs improvement

Posted Dec 24, 2016 on Hotels
Good view of Tokyo Bay. Walking distance to AquaCity, Daiba station & DiverCity, while others can be reached via the free Bay Shuttle bus, which stops at the hotel entrance. It also provides several fixed scheduled shuttle buses that brings you directly to Tokyo Disneyland and back - free of charge. Room was spacious and had a balcony. However, there was no free in-room wifi (which century is this??), extra charges for the pool/spa. There were 2 queues for the restaurant and the check in/out counter - one for Hilton Honors Club members and one for non-members. Expect to be discriminated if you do not have Hilton Honors membership. We waited 30 min for a table for breakfast on Sunday, while club members were simply ushered in whenever someone left. When we finally got a table, we realised that the restaurant was not very full. They simply did not have enough staff to usher in guests and provide services to the guests who were already seated. Some of the staff (probably in senior positions) were a bit snobbish and did not show much hospitality.
