Long stay at hotel.

Posted May 8, 2017
Pros: Conveniently located and affordable.
Cons: Medium rooms need to get rid of the mini bath/toilet and put in full size toilet.
Location: About a minutes walk from Kinshicho station which gives you quick access to all the important spots in Tokyo. Many places to eat around the station.
This hotel has 3 types of rooms. The cheapest has a single bed and a bathroom with no shower or bath. Ironically the smallest room has the largest toilet. During this stay, I choose the medium room with a semi double bed and bathroom with toilet and shower. The larger bed was nice but toilet took some acrobatics to use as it was so small. The shower is tiny to say the least. The hotel has a large bathing facility on the 14th floor which makes the small shower forgivable. But the small toilet is the problem. My suggestion is to opt for the small room. The bed is smaller but over all it's just better. The staff are nice and the facility is clean. Although breakfast is the same everyday, it's good for anyone on a budget.

Average business hotel

Posted Jul 26, 2016 on Hotels
Average business hotel. Room is outdated pretty small but didn't matter for me as I was there only to sleep. Shower room size average Japanese business hotel but curtain was old and filthy with some black mold spots. Wifi works OK but for some reason it took forever to retrieve GMail. Has decent size bath at the top floor but for me s only. Neighborhood is a mixture of shopping center, restaurant and red line district - probably not a good choice for family.

Perfect for budget traveler

Perfect very cheap place to stay but with the needed privacy. Very close to Kishicho station. So many shops and restaurant all around. The staff is very helpful and polite. Very clean and quiet. The room is very small and bathroom is quite compact. perfect for solo travelers, not recommended for couples with children.

You get what you paid for

Stayed here for a few days, as the location itself is close to a lot of my friends. The place itself is relatively shabby and small, but you get what you paid for. Nothing more, nothing less.

Very nice business hotel. Room was modern and up to date. Staff was very professional and helpful. Breakfast wasn't great, but the price is right. Go have lunch around the station. Immediate neighborhood is sketchy, but still, the sketchiest parts of Japan are still much nicer than most of my hometown.

Amazing Staff and Great Location

Posted Apr 11, 2015
Pros: Staff! <3 I never liked a hotel's staff this much! These gentlemen and ladies were amazing.
Cons: Sound proof windows! Put a sign on the street from the JR to make the entrance easy to find.
Location: Has Sobu line & Yokusuka rapid line. You can reach Tokyo station in 2 stops only (8 minutes) or Akihabara in 3 minutes then switch to others,if needed
The staff was beyond great and they knew English quite well. They were extremely helpful throughout the stay. The hotel is quite clean and the daily breakfast was very nice. It's not a big buffet, but it's enough to get your day started (eggs, rice, toast, butter, jam, buns, tea, water & juice). Compared to a hotel I used to stay at before, the rooms here are extremely clean to the point that I don't even see dust in the air when opening the window blinds in the morning. The in-room air conditioning unit filters air as well, in addition to providing both cold and hot air, depending on your preference. The Kinshicho JR station has a Yokusuka rapid line so you can reach Tokyo station in the least amount of time and not need to switch platforms & JR lines in Akihabara. That's very useful when having lots of luggage. The JR station is a 4 minute walk from the hotel. 3 major supermarket chains are right below the hotel: Sunkus, Lawson & 7-11. You'll find almost anything you need there. Unfortunately, the windows aren't sound-proof and the hotel is near some pubs, so around 11 pm you can hear people yelling or cheering, mostly drunks. Drunk people there are harmless. There are some prostitutes around outside the JR station, but they only approach single men. Families & women don't need to worry. The single rooms are small. Didn't see the larger ones, if any. 1 room fits 1 person only. Overall, the area is quite safe and apart from the noise at night, the hotel was excellent.

駅近の便利なビジネスホテル

Posted Jul 20, 2017
Pros: 駅から近い立地
Cons: 部屋の広さ
Location: 駅、コンビニ、飲食店も近くて便利。
立地は駅から近く便利なホテル。 スタッフの対応も良く、客室も清潔である。 広さがもう少しあれば良いが、値段相応だとも思う。
