Ideal location for exploring the Kanto region

Posted Apr 14, 2016
We were using Tokyo as a base to visit surrounding areas so wanted somewhere with good access. The hotel is located across the road from exit B1 of Hatchobori station (one stop on the Keiyo line from Tokyo station) so was ideal, you can leave your hotel room and be in Tokyo station in minutes! The hotel itself was clean, quiet and typical size for a Japanese hotel. The surrounding area is quiet at night but comfortable to walk round and there is a Seven Eleven two minutes down the road. The staff were friendly and polite. All in all a great, affordable base for exploring Kanto.

Pros: The friendly staff
Cons: Slightly larger rooms
Location: Plenty of food nearby.
Good solid hotel near subway station. Very friendly staff and room was clean. Great for a 1 or 2 day stay.

Good value

We got two rooms for our family of four. In traditional Japanese style the were small. Very nice and clean. Little restaurant in the ground floor good for drinks, a little breakfast or light food. Decent location to walk to Ginza or Tokyo train station. Good value for money in pricey Tokyo.

Convenient, reasonably sized room for couple

Posted Mar 30, 2016 on Hotels
Right above Hacchoburi Station on Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line, and a few minutes walk away from JR Keiyo Line (complete with elevator) it is great for quick arrival from Narita Airport. Rooms are slightly bigger than what we have stayed in Tokyo, enough to open up 2 largest size luggage. A few steps away, there are soba shop and Suki-ya, which is great for economical breakfast. There are also a few eateries where you can grab your first meal upon arrival.

Hotel Hokke Hatchobori

The room is very small. The location is great, just one stop from Tokyo Station. But it's a long walk to the train platform. Hotel only provide 1 room key which is not very convenient.

Good Hotel for the price

Friendly staff. Room clean and space is better than expected. Keiyo and Hibiya subway lines are easily accessible. Chinese food shop and convenient shop nearby. Overall, the price is worth.
