Nice lobby with a cute garden and fish. I was pleased to a have a breakfast in such an atmosphere. Check in / out was easy.

I like when there is a nearby station. What I do not like is the carpet on the floor and the curtain, there is alot of weird stains.

The zen garden and koi pond are lovely. The breakfast is very good with traditional and western food options. My room was shabby with mildew built up in the corner and mildew smell pervaded everything I owned. Needs help.

It is a quite and clean hotel, in a very busy town. The breakfast was also OK. The station of the circular train Shinkansen is near by; it proved to be a big advantage for traveling in Tokyo, as well as for the rapid train connection for Kyoto and Fuji Mountains.

It was a pleasant stay. Close to Meguro train station. The location is convenient to go anywhere. The hotel is old. Very quiet. Clean and well-equipped. The check out time 12 noon is good for me. If you don’t expect extra fancy stuff and just sleep, I recommend this hotel.

The location is very good. The cleaning staff are very friendly. We could feel the mattress springs, which wasn't good. Also, we had requested a non-smoking room but at first we were put in a smoking room, which smelled of stale tobacco. We told the receptionist that we had requested a non-smoking room, and were given one the next day. We were happy with the second room, and were even able to see Fujiyama from it.

Great staff, location and big room size !
The hotel princess garden is located conveniently near meguro station and has rooms which are large compared to others we have stayed in in Tokyo. The hotels staff are very kind and the breakfast delicious. The only reason we didn't rate the hotel higher is that it is getting a little tired and could do with some rejuvenation of the bathrooms and beds.

Good hotel.
Our room was very small, but this may be typical for Tokyo. We upgraded to a deluxe double room and it was better. The beds were too hard. Our room was too hot and we learned that there is one thermostat for the entire building. So, while the lobby was nice a cool, our room was too warm. The breakfast was good with a good blend of Japanese and western food. The fish pond was very nice to look at. The service was great. The hotel is about a 10 min walk to the Meguro station and there are convenience, grocery stores, and restaurants closeby. The wifi signal was weak but adequate.

Convenient Meguro location
A nice hotel in a convenient location with friendly, helpful staff. The room was small but with comfortable beds. It never felt cool enough st night even with the AC on high.

It is a motel service claims to be 4 stars. The hotel staff is not friendly not to mention any extra effort to give you relevant information.

Close to the station. Great view of Mt. Fuji
Need to be up grade....I stayed on early December, constitution going on next neighbor, noisy and smell.. Great housekeeping !!. It was VERY clean. Building was just too old.... I had a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji every morning from the room!!! Very close to the station.
