Stayed this hotel before Covid19, they improved eco-friendly operations without scaring services. The public both is a difference with western style hotels, and a good reason to stay this hotel chain.

Miss charge
They miss charged and required me to pay the balance by wire-transfer and also required me to pay bank charge,too. The didn’t accept credit card payment on the phone. I understand I need to pay the balance but This is their fault and why customer have to pay the bank charge. They too much enforce their rule.

Very firm mattress in a great room
A really nice room in a great hotel. The mattress was VERY firm though and took a night to get used to, also had to ask for another pillow. Other than that it was a very lovely room in a well located hotel

Good hotel with onsen in quiet neighbourhood. Has a few late night eateries in the area. Only bad point is that there is only one subway, the Tozai line which can be crowded at certain timings

Nice Hotel - Room for Couples
Quick overnight trip during travels. This hotel was very accommodating to hold our luggage while we were 2 hours early from check in time. 30 min walk to nearby mall was great time spent, enjoyed the open suburb neighborhood. Hotel offers a lot of accommodations that we wished we had more time to use them. Will note that their bed is very firm and their pillows are very flat (not sure if there was an option to get different pillows without paying extra). Room was the most spacious from the other hotels I visited during my stay in Japan.

Reasonable priced hotel near subway station
The room was clean. The communal bath was really nice. The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station. Many places to eat near by.

Convenient location, but starting to show its age.
The hotel was conveniently close to Toyo-cho Station and perfect for the purpose of my trip, but rooms are starting to show their age. Mine had a double bed, which was a good size, but not very comfortable. Noise carried a bit from other rooms late at night, but didn't keep me awake. The bathroom is surprisingly small, which made it difficult to navigate. Breakfast wasn't bad and included more choices than I had expected. I would stay here again if the price were right though.

Functional, but not the best
The price was decent, as was the location, but otherwise there's not a lot going for this hotel. Rooms were small, beds were extraordinarily hard, and the bathroom was microscopic. Breakfast buffet was mixed; some days were ok, others were awful.

great stay 2 min walk to toyocho subway staion
Friendly staff, spoke english. Double bed. 2 min walk to toyocho sation. Parking was only 1500 yen pay at front desk and give reciept to parking attendent

部屋でくつろげます♪
デスクが壁や窓に向いておらず、TVに向いているのが良かった。エアウィーヴのベッドマットレスも非常に寝心地が良かった。

요코하마역이랑 가까운건 너무 좋았어요! 근데 좀아쉬운건 저녁되면 근처가좀 시끄러워진다는점..?정도일까요.. 그리고 외관은 넘이뻤는데 방은 외관정도까지는아니더라구요..?! 일단 방키가 카드키가아닌점이 좀 놀라웠어요...ㅋㅋ 무튼 그래도 잘묵고갑니다

清潔な印象。周辺は静かです。地下鉄の駅からはすぐ。コンビニは豊富。駐車場は近隣にいろいろありますが、休祝日は近隣に爆安駐車場がありますので、そちらで。大浴場、快適です。総じてGood。

出張滞在で利用させていただきました。 シングルルームは1人で寛ぐのに必要な広さが確保されており快適に過ごす事ができました。 唯一残念だったのは、客室内のカードスロットからカードキーを抜くとエアコンが切れてしまうため、大浴場から戻ったあと客室で少しだけ暑さを我慢しなければならなかった事くらいですね。朝食ビュッフェもメニュー豊富かつ日替わりのお惣菜もあり連泊でも飽きずに楽しめました。今後も機会があれば是非利用させて頂きたいと思います。ありがとうございました。
