ベッドも広く、清潔で快適でした。 2階だったので、ロケーションと人目が少し気になりましたが良かったです。

Odaiba is nice location to stay

Posted Aug 4, 2016
Pros: Location
Cons: Larger rooms will be perfect.
Location: Location is very good.
If you are going to stay in Japan for holiday with your family, Odaiba island is nice location to stay, there are so many attractions for the kids at Odaiba. The location of Trusty hotel is also good, in the middle of to stations and also you can walk to so many attractions. The rooms are so narrow, but clean and useful.

Very peaceful and quiet!

Posted Aug 2, 2016
Had a wonderful stay close to the bay where I got a beautiful view of the ferris wheel-- especially at night you can see the pretty lights! It's a bit far to walk to the train station: the first station is crossing the bridge to get to Tokyo Teleport approximately 15 minute walk. The second station takes 10 minute walk opposite from the bridge to Kokusaitenjijo station. However, you do not need to walk at all as there's a free van to drive you to the stations by telling the nice gentlemen (well, I saw 3 as they all take different shifts!) where you would like to go. There is also a stopping point for these stations where you can catch the free van (the van will have the hotel logo name) without having to walk there! When you walk in, it's a beautiful interior design and are greeted by the staffs instantly! Though their English is not excellent, they try their best. A side note to get to this hotel is that it's connected to the tall Tokyo Bay Court hotel which is an entirely different hotel. So make sure you do not walk down the steps but rather the hotel is at the back entrance. A taxi can be taken from Kokusaitenjijo station for roughly ¥800 (for two people) to the hotel which will save you hassle but also be careful some drivers aren't too familliar with these hotels so a bit of a navigation might be needed.

Perfect place to stay with shuttle to train stops

Posted Jul 25, 2016
It was strange to be handed an actual metal key, but the room was perfectly up to date, clean, and spacious. I had a two single bed room and had plenty of space to sprawl out. Had a full size bath tub which is rare in Japan and has a shuttle bus that will drop you at the yukikomome or rinkai line train stops. Made to order breakfast cafe in the lobby and super quite rooms. I was happier here than I was at the Grand Nikko.
