Convenient location. Two 7/11s, a bar, and the trains are very close. Skytree is a short walk away.

The staff at this hotel could not have been more helpful. We had to switch rooms after the first night because we were part of group but we arrived a day early. They offered (and we let them) move our belongings for us while we were out sightseeing. The hotel is above the Subway stop and a train station is across the street so it is very easy to get to Amy attraction fairly quickly. The hotel is spotless, too. Lots of low coast as well as higher end restaurants in the area as well.

Pros: Location to train station and comfortable room
Cons: Needs wifi service available.
Location: Rail and metro lines nearby to get to other parts to sightsee (but not much at this station location).
Hotel location is good in that its very close to the JR station. Stayed here as only one stop away from sumo stadium (purpose was to attend a tournament match). Hotel seems modern and the rooms are clean and smoke-free room was comfortable. Main downside of this hotel is that there is no wifi Internet at all - none from guest rooms or in lobby - only Ethernet cable.

Pros: There is a small guest lounge on the 7th floor, where 2 laptops are free to use. Breakfast is buffet style with Japanese and western food to choose.
Cons: The quilt was too warm for April.
Location: Kinshicho JR station has attached shopping arcades to the east and west, where we bought breakfast. The area are full of restaurants and shops.
We stayed in a twin room on the 13th floor with the Tokyo Skytree tower view. You can see the hotel from Kinshicho JR platform. Kinshicho JR station has a lift from the platform to the exit. We arrived from Narita Airport in the morning and left the luggage at the reception. When we returned to the hotel to check-in later, the suitcases were already delivered to the room. The room was quiet and clean. There were 2 pieces of chocolate, Japanese teabags and 2 tea cups, slippers, 2 toothbrushes and small tube of toothpaste, a hairbrush, wash cloth, razor, cottonbud, and a shower cap. There was an air purifier and a small fridge. The bathroom was Japanese style, which had a short and deep bath tub and tiled showering area with drainage. A basket to leave clothes outside the bathroom was provided. The toilet was separate with a warm seat and an electric device to wash bottom with warm jet of water if you want to use. Hence the washbasin is not in the bathroom. TV has an English language channel called CNN.. For guests in a hurry, there is an express check-out machine, where you put your room key and find out how much to pay if any. You can get Japanese yen from ATM in the convenience store in the basement. The beds are big, which makes less room to walk. Enough room for suitcases in the hall area of the room. Good layout/design.

Pros: Nothing to dislike
Cons: nothing of note,
Location: In my experience
The Hotel is situated adjacent to the train station approximately a 5 min walk. Check-in counter is located on the fourth floor. Security is excellent and you will need the room card with chip to enter your room and use the elevators. I went to enjoy the "Sumida City Street Jazz Festival" and the park where most of the venues were situated was ajacent to the hotel. At night there is a beautiful view of the "Sky Tree" and there are plenty of Western and Asian restaurants and Bars in walking distance of the hotel and facilities within the same building complex as the hotel. This is my second stay at Lotte City Hotel Kinshicho and both stays have been extremely enjoyable.
