Accessible with public transportation

General atmosphere is positive, but staff does not have a good comma d of English. This is important when planning independent excursions.

Great hotel overall

Posted May 4, 2016 on Hotels
The reception is on the 4th floor of the tall building - they were all very helpful and very efficient. The room was quite spacious for a Tokyo hotel, and the little chocolates were such a lovely touch. Very clean, and it had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Convenient location. Two 7/11s, a bar, and the trains are very close. Skytree is a short walk away.

Great City Access

Posted Feb 16, 2016 on Hotels
The Lotte City Hotel Kinshicho is directly connected Tokyo Metro (urban subway line) Kinshicho station and located 30 seconds distance by walk. You can go almost all famous places in Tokyo City within 30 minutes from here. You can find lots of restaurants near the hotel and some of them are open 24 hours, thus you may never be bothered if you checked in mid night and felt hungry. The room is very clean and quiet. Staff are very kind and polite.

Great Location and Hotel

Posted Dec 14, 2015 on Hotels
Loved the location. I stayed at a Lotte Brand hotel in Busan, South Korea this year so I wanted to stay in one in Tokyo & it did not disappoint! Access to both the Tokyo Metro and the JR trains are in the same station and about one block away from the hotel. The hotel is in the same building as a Book-Off on the 3rd floor, a Tsutaya Book/CD Store on the 2nd Floor, a Seven Eleven on the first floor, and some eateries also in the building. The reception desk is on the 4th floor – so take the elevator. On the basement level, there is access to and from the hotel to the Tokyo Metro without leaving the building. There is a supermarket right by Kinshicho Station on the left side when exiting the North side of the station on the basement level and a HUGE Daiso Yen store on the 7th floor, not to mention lots of places to eat and shop. About two blocks away, there is another shopping center – The Olinas and a park right next door which has cherry blossoms during the Spring time! You also get a great view of the Tokyo Sky Tree. The room I had was a wide semi-double room – not small at all. There was a Koala Bear Pillow on the couch. Complimentary water and chocolate & Free Wifi. Bathroom was standard. Reception was friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
