It was very modern and cool, had everything I needed. What I didn't like is that I arrived after midnight and I couldn't access the front desk because the elevator to it was closed. I ended up calling them and I was let in, but there were no instructions given before what to do in this case. I booked this place because I knew I would arrive late, and it was annoying when I couldn't find a way in upon arrival
Couple who had to spilt up as seperate for male and female.
Clothes given were too small and pod was hot. Need aircon.
Annoying people also didn’t respect others and sat speaking and laughing at night and pressing snooze buttons every 10 mins in the morning waking up everyone. Breakfast was at a cafe down the road

It was extremely clean, orderly and functional and exceeded my expectations. The only downside was that there was very little space near the lockers to get things in and out of your suitcase.
My boyfriend and I are from Canada, so staying in a capsule hotel was our first time. It was a very interesting experience. The women and men have separate sleeping and showering areas and there are around 30 pods in a large room. So it’s like sleeping with 30 roommates! It was a unique way to sleep but challenging at times because you can hear people snoring and moving around in their pods. However, the facility was very clean and since it’s located on the 8th floor, so there is a beautiful view of the city. When you check-in they provide you with towels, sleepers and also pyjamas! I do recommend staying at this capsule hotel or another one of their locations when you are in Tokyo!
