ホテルはとてもキレイだし静かで過ごしやすくとても良かったです！ カプセルも圧迫感なく、館内着の素材が着やすかったです！ ただホテルの入口で数名並んでいると周辺のお店の前でたむろしてたり喫煙してる人達が外から覗いていたりして怖かったので、入口をどうにかしていただけるとうれしいです！

チェックインの画面入力時、個人情報やメールアドレスも入力・表示されるのに外から見えるのは心象的に良くなかった。 チェックインの入力で入口を背にしている際に妙齢の男性が外から暴言を吐いてきたが、施設のせいでは全く無いにしても滞在の間は良いイメージを持てなかった。 利用者の方は静かだし、シャワーもポッド内も清潔。ただ、自分には合わなかったなと思う。

カプセルホテルなので、多くは望みません。普通に満足でした。海外のゲストハウス等に比較すればシャワーブースやロッカーもとても清潔で使いやすいと思います。周囲の音などが気になる、共同設備を使うのはイヤって人には向かないと思います。 チェックインの時に、スタッフコールしてと出たので呼んだのに「なんで呼んだんだ」的な感じでした。
