Close to business Centre

Except for room size which is small rest other facilities for business purpose for coupe of days is alright.

Kind staff

When I arrived at hotel, I have got a rain and my jacket was wet. First thing they did was giving me towels.

Great hotel close by to Kyoto Station

The hotel was less than 6 minutes walk from Kyoto Station so was very conveinient and a free drink per person is provided during the evening. Great facilities provided.

Great hotel, but the blind needs to be fixed

Pros: Great location. Can't be any better!
Cons: The blind in the bathroom didn't scroll down to the very end. There was a little bit of space left uncovered. As a female, I felt uncomfortable.
This is a great hotel in the middle of downtown Tokyo. It was very convenient. The room was very small, and a bit difficult to open a large suitcase, but it was manageable. There were so many restaurants and cafes around. It is also right in front of Imperial Hotel, so if you want to have fancy meals, you can do so as well.

Remm Hotel

Pros: Clean rooms
Cons: Remove all your strict rules. No eating or drinking rules in lobby. Deliver mail for hotel guest. Allow outsiders to visit hotel guest.
Remm hotel is centrally located in Tokyo. A little difficult to locate initially but when you navigate around the hotel you'll find that it is close to subway and train station. Walking distance. Lots of convenience stores around for cheap eats. Rooms are small but that's to be expected in Japan. I did not find the hotel user friendly. We were told we could not drink coffee or eat in lobby. They also have rules that does allow anyone but hotel guest into rooms. We had to ask for permission to have a visitor enter our rooms for a few hours. I also asked if I could drop off my mail at front desk to have postmaster pick up. I was told no. Apparently it was too large .of a package. It was only ia 5x7 package. I was directed across the street to local post office. The hotel has too many rules that makes for an unpleasant stay. We stayed 12 days too long. . I don't recommend this hotel to foreigners. Heidi

Great location

Cons: Nothing
Location: Ginza area, Imperial Palace, Hibiya park and metro lines. Lots of restaurants near the metro station that are mostly for locals and are great
The hotel is near the Ginza area and thus is a great location. The room is quite roomy for what normally you will find in Tokyo. The staff was really friendly and the room was clean. Lots of restaurants near by and the metro line is not far away

Nice hotel close to Tokyo international forum

The room I stayed in first was much better than the second room. I told them there was a stain on the carpet floor in the second room. The phone charger in my room didn't work so I went downstairs to get a replacement. A shame they do not check the rooms first before giving it to their guests.

Small room, great location

This hotel was in the middle of the theater district. Location was great. We were able to access everywhere we wanted to go without any issues. Room was a bit cramped, but very clean

Wow! Nice price, fantastic stay in downtown!

Pros: Very near subway and downtown. The massage chair in the room. Very comfortable bed and very clean. Oh and I almost forgot : a japanese toilet!
Cons: Maybe the menu at the restaurant can be improve.
Location: Everything is near because the subway station is 2 minutes walk. New Tokyo Tower, near Imperial castle.
Tree days of pur happiness. The staff are so gentle, the room is clean and this chair... this chair who give you a massage after a full day of tourism! I really enjoy my stay and recommand it to everybody!
