Close to Shinjuku Station. But bad experience.

Location is perfect. No enough space for luggage. Many improper rules. Many strict and silly cash punishment. Noisy in the capsule not easy to fall asleep. Definitely not recommend.

Red light district - disgusting hotel

Posted Jan 7, 2017
Very bad experience with this accomodation that turned out to be in the red light district. The TV only had one Chanel showing graphic pornography. Absolutely terrible experience.

Located in a nice neighborhood, this small and clean hotel has everything you need. Impecable service. Recommended.

My first experience in a capsule hotel. I think is interesting to do as tourist but not something that I would look to do again. There are now a days other ways to stay as cheap and comfortable as this hotel.

Capsule hotel

Posted Nov 18, 2016
Pros: the location
Cons: Cleanliness and refurbishment
Location: Shinjuku area
It was my first experience in a capsule hotel and i can say, with no doubts, that was good. The place was nice, clean enough, and the stuff helpfull. As many places in Japan, you get to use amenities such us steaming room or idromassage. The best thing is the location, perfectly placed in Shinjuku. Generally speaking the place is old, but If you consider the price, it's really worth it. Also it's an experience to try once in your life.

Very nice for solo traveler, it have everything.....Shampoo, lotion, tooth brash, hair dryer. Even sauna, bathtub.....all daily basic needed will be provided. Very close to Shinjuku Kabukicho, is a un sleep town, basically you can go out for food and beer in the late night. Close by have Lawson, which can buy any necessarily daily needed or food, rice ball or bento. Also nearby have Don Quijote open 24hour, can shop for cosmetic and souvenirs anytime. Also there are a noodle soba shop nearby open 24hour as well. Beside have a restaurant recommend go it is Yakitori house. Just only need be cautious, because is almost at red light district, so you might frequently encountered ask some wired questions. Just barely in mind, other thing are fine and good. For budget and travel light traveler, is a good recommendation hotel.

Pros: Interesting experience, how many times can you say you stayed in a tube hotel
Cons: Big area, but four people on top of each other, when the rest of the row was empty

You get what u pay for.

Pros: Price
Cons: Enforcement of noise restrictions Difficult for first timer to find
Location: Lots of food
Reasonable standards for cheap price. Plus point is location in middle of nightlife if you are one of those looking for action. Minus point is no enforcement of no talking etc in cubicle areas. I was kept awake whole night by coming goings n inconsiderate neighbors joking n laughing.
