"Nice hotel in Ginza"
I stayed a single room for two nights. I really liked the room, which was spacious as a single room in Tokyo. Dark wood floor is unique, and it has a good size bathroom. The room is very clean with amenities. Typically a hotel room has a smock-type thin nightie, but this hotel provides cotton pajama, which feels comfortable to my skin. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel premise because it is pricy ($22 ~ 23). I wish it were lower.

"Close to Shinjuku Station"
I thought the single room will be very small and crampy. To my surprise, its just right for me (but I think can fit another person in). I need to put a disclaimer here that I am not very picky and particular so long its comfortable and clean enough. The airport limousine bus stops directly at the hotel.

"French flair in Ginza"
This is a boutique style hotel with a french flair to the lobby and the rooms. It is comfortable, attractive, and very conveniently located in the Ginza neighborhood. We stayed here 3 nights. Our room had 2 twin beds, desk, small closet, and an efficient bathroom typical for japanese hotels, although the tub was a little larger. This hotel is not the most luxurious but for the price we were satisfied. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant - too pricey and so many choices nearby. Staff is very nice. There is a charming sitting area right outside where you can sip your coffee purchased at the convenience store. Air conditioning is not adequate and it takes a while to cool off after entering the room and activating the power with your room card.

"Good location"
This is a reasonable place with a fairly large room, considering its location. You can find ramen shops nearby on a side street, vending machine payment restaurant, pharmacy, etc. Also a $8-10 taxi ride to Tokyo Station where you can get an JR Access bus to Narita for just 1000 yen, or less than $10. The only thing I didn't like was the film on the window so that you could not see out (unless you are very tall.)

"Small room - great ammenities"
This was a great stay. The room was one of the smallest I've stayed in, but it had more in it than most places I've stayed. There was even a washer in the room - with a free soap pack to run one cycle. With 2 people is was a bit cramped since there was only one chair, but other than that it was the perfect hotel for us for a trip to Tokyo. The staff was good with English too. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and had good variety. The area had alot of restaurants and was very close to a subway station [elevator] - so was easy to get around Tokyo - even with my wife using a cane. Wifi in the room was pretty good except for once or twice (maybe too many people on at once).

"Modern hotel with great staff close to JR Shinjuku"
Room was compact (normal for Japan) but modern and had everything we needed. Room under beds to store suitcases. Bathroom was pod-sized - only one person can use it at a time. Beds were very, very firm. View from 15th floor was amazing. Room and bathroom were clean. Shower had good pressure and temperature control. Toilet had warmed seat and bidet - you'll find these all over Japan, even public restrooms! The best thing about the Shinjuku Prince Hotel is the staff - they were incredibly friendly, their English was very good, they went out of the way to help and to make sure you felt taken care of. Great information desk to help you plan your days/how to get around the city. Hotel is in the heart of Shinjuku - walking distance for Gyoen Park - amazing for cherry blossoms. Five minute walk from the Robot Restaurant (in the red light district but we (two young females) felt quite safe even at midnight when it had come alive). Ten min walk to a fab samurai museum. Easy access to subway lines and JR lines to get you to Harajuku, Shibuya, Marunouchi/Tokyo station, Ginza, Ueno... There is a top floor bar with amazing views. Beware though - the orange juice costs more than the wine! If I'd known a glass of OJ would cost me about £7, I never would have ordered it. At least the view made up for it.
