Pretty far from JR station, close to Tokyo Metro and 15-20 minutes walk from Tokyo station. Room is bare and small.

Good enough for the money

Pros: The staff was friendly. It was about a 15-minute walk from Tokyo Station's Yaesu side (east side).
Cons: It was a little difficult for the taxi driver to find, as the name of the hotel and the location are slightly different.
Location: About 15 minute's walk east and north of Tokyo Station.
After missing my last shinkansen to Hiroshima, I was able to book using expedia while riding the NEX. Staff was friendly and spoke English (at least well enough to get me checked in and out). They already had my reservation taken care of by the time I arrived, about and hour and a half after I booked it. As with many hotels, the walls were a little thin. Though clean, the room showed some signs of wear. I appreciated the HEPA filter, as the room wasn't musty, but a little stuffy.

Pros: location
Location: nice restaurants (sukiya, tendon restaurant), many convenient stores and cafe (starbucks) and near to Tokyo station
The hotel is located near to many eateries and Tokyo station. The location is superb. There are many convenient stores, nice restaurants and cafes near to the hotel. It is only 20 minutes walk to Tokyo station if you would like to save some train fare. I will definitely come back to stay in this hotel if I visit Tokyo again. However, if you are a non-smoker, it is advisable to book a non-smoking room. My non-smoker friend could not stand the smell of the smoke in his room and thus he could not sleep.

Nice simple accommodation for 1 night

Enjoyed our 1 night stay here. Met my expectations which weren't high. The double room (upgraded from a semi-double) was roomier than I expected. To find the hotel on Google Maps, I loaded the address instead of the name of the hotel. If you use the name, the wrong location comes up. 10-15 minute walk from Tokyo station. There's also free WiFi at Tokyo station.

Location is central and convenient. Nothing fancy but hotel is clean and safe. Small rooms but that's pretty common for Japan.

Pros: It was clean and quiet and the staff was very helpful.
Cons: Perhaps a bigger or better positioned sign out front.
It is close to the Nihonbashi station, but jet lagged, we had a little trouble finding it. Japan is an incredible place and after asking for help in what little Japanese we could muster a passerby actually walked us to the front door.

Pros: Simple, clean, comfortable, great value for money.
Location: 10min walk to Tokyo Station allows you to get anywhere in Tokyo quickly & easily. Lots of cafes & places to eat (all types) within a couple of mins.
This hotel has all the basics you need at a low price. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the location is perfect and easy to find. Less than 10 mins walk from Tokyo station it's a great place to stay if you are wanting to explore Tokyo on a budget.

The staff is friendly and communication was easy with the multi-lingual staff. The room was a comfty semi double and was always clean thanks to the friendly Japanese cleaning staff. You also gotta love the Japanese toilet, so much better than ours. The area is nice and peaceful with several convience stores nearby as well as restaurants, including a vendor who sells friend sweet dango. The area is very safe and okay to walk around at night. Mitsukoshimae Subway station is very close and gives easy access to the great spots all around Tokyo.
