Property getting a bit old and I think it’s time for renovations, AC not working in my room for the first few days of my stay and offered a fan, AC got fixed the 4th days of my stay. Not good overall.

Rooms were so cheap (from US standard) and just the right size for the price. Connected to a great mall, which connects you closer to the Ikkebukuro station, there's everything you would need. Seiyu market is across the street and everything is so convenient. No frills by any means, but clean, simple, and convenient. Great stay in Tokyo.

Nice location,but can be extremely crowded,making check in,check out and getting through the elevators a challenge. I hope they will resume the bus limousine service to Narita soon.
