Great location.

Posted Nov 16, 2016
Single rooms are spacious by Japanese standards, cafe is a great convenience, and staff is very helpful to English speaking guests. Our favorite feature was the location in the Akasaka area, one that is rich with restaurants and shops, and only steps from the train line. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient, accessible.

Location is fantastic! Near the station and lots of eating places. Easy to get to other parts of Tokyo by subway. Room is comfortable although something could be done about the amount of dust.

Thank you for your stay and feedback. I am sorry for the discomfort because of poor cleanliness. This is totally far from our objective to ensure comfortable stay including cleanliness. I checked your room with housekeeping team and seriously instruct them again. Nevertheless I very appreciate you provide generous comment on location and room itself. We all continually strive to provide comfortable stay.

A Place to Sleep

Posted Oct 17, 2016
Pros: A place to sleep and shower. Plenty of amenities, i.e., shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shavers, toothbrushes w/toothpaste, combs, shower caps, etc.
Cons: If the bathroom were cleaner; walls and carpeting brighter;
Location: Located in alley where there are little restaurants. A few streets away from a main street. I would hop on a train to go elsewhere.
Room was very confining in size and decor. Dark walls, carpets. Security staff patrolling at corners of the block. Night stand table top was never cleaned from first day; toilet smelled. Glad I didn't book for long duration. Just a place to sleep, shower and get out.

Thank you for your feedback. We deeply apologize we could not provide comfortable stay. We shared the comment to housekeeping team and did make sure cleaning process and toilet smell. As we value to ensure comfortable stay, it was really our disappointment your experience was opposite from our objective. We will update interior deco in the future. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again.

Nice hotel in Akasaka

Posted May 1, 2016
Pros: Location and Coffee machine in main lobby
Cons: Air condition control info in English
Location: Great restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and a great Shinto temple
We booked the hotel for 6 days for a family of 3. We liked the convenience of Akasaka district with plenty of restaurants and shops at door step. Metro is one block away from the hotel with Ginza and Maraonuchi line. The hotel is very well kept and clean. Our room was small and feel a little too crowed. The bathroom was new with everything you expect from a 3 star hotel. There is a mini fridge, radio, tv and all you need for tea plus there is a nice self service coffee machine in the lobby. We suggest if you have a family larger than 3 to book an extra room. The breakfast was included in the caffe excelsior assessable from the Main lobby. Overall the stay was pleasant and if you travel around Tokyo using public transportation and enjoy moving fast from one place to another from a centrally located area this Hotel ia a good deal. Customer service is excellent and almost everybody speak English.

Lots of activity nearby, and very metro accesable. Have stayed here before and will stay again. Good food nearby and connected to a coffee shop. Life is good in Akasaka!

City Hotel with No View

Posted Apr 22, 2015
Pros: We chose to I clouds breakfast. This was handy.
Cons: Clean out the air vents in the rooms. They were full of dust.
Location: If you like to go out at night for adult entertainment this hotel is in a good location. This surprised us.
The staff varied in their willingness to be helpful. Do not accept room 813 unless you enjoy listening to the air conditioning unit for the building. The first night they refused to change our room. A member of the day staff did though. She was helpful in locating some specific things to do, plus she down loaded and printed maps. The rooms are tiny so if you have much luggage this would not be a good place to stay. There is an active night life in the area so children and teens may find this to be a bit much.
