This hotel surpassed my expectations, the room was clean and had everything we need to make our stay comfortable, the train station was 2 minutes walk and the various restaurants and convenience stores were fantastic. All the people at the reception was super friendly and helpful, even they helped me finding a chiropractor!!! 5 x stars to this hotel and to all the people that works there, they made our stayed a very happy and memorable!!!

On arrival the staff were very welcoming and friendly, I was informed they clean once a week while there. I did leave the sign up to have limited cleaning as I had a number of times that need removing from my room, which they did not remove. The fridge in the room was not keeping items cold. Overal was worth staying there and was super close to the train station.

The room was comfortable and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good for shops and small reasonably priced restaurants and it was close to the train station into Tokyo centre.

Great place to stay right next to the station that takes literally everywhere. Hotel is really quiet and they also have ammenities ready for you just in case you forget some at home

The only hotel I found with 3 individual beds yet reasonable price. Fairly clean, quiet, friendly staff. Very convenient as the Keikyu Kamata is about 3 min walk distance. The room is small with 3 beds, very narrow room between the bed and wall. If you have large sized luggage, you will find opening a luggage is quite some tasks. Enjoyed my stay and will recommend it.

The hotel was convenient to the airport, just a few stops away by tram/subway and then a really short walk from the subway. The room was small, but that was to be expected in Tokyo! The room was clean, had a washing machine and a bathtub and hot water kettle. Great deal for the price an

Very convenient location near Keikyu Kamata station that offers a quick train access to/from Haneda airport. The hotel has a washing machine (with drier) in the room so it is so convenient.

Very clean and the staff is very helpful. The only thing is that I thought my room came with a laundry but it didn't. I wish it was clearly stated that not all the rooms comes with a washing machine.
