"Great hotel! Old-school focused on excellent service and they do deliver it. Room is a nice size. Hotel is very easy to get to from the airports using the limousine bus service. I needed help with transfer from the hotel to the airport and they scheduled a van for us. They have a new laundry area on the 5th floor, which was very useful. "

"Great hotel, always had clean sheets, Never, Have To, Request, Anything, because everything was addressed. There is laundry, convenience, store, and it’s super Close to a Train Station, which Makes It very convenient. There is actually pretty good food around the corner from this place."

"Wow!! Hotel Groove is hands down one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in! The room was huge compared to other japanese hotels i have stayed at! And the view from the 33rd floor of tokyo was amazing !! The staff super friendly and actually got me checked in early which helped out alot!! The room: I reserved a premier king room and it was worth it i highly recommend it! From walking 20-25 miles a night it was nice to come back to a extrea nice room. Hotel groove is in thr Kabukicho tower! Which there are restaurants, arcade, bars all inside ! Which was nice because one day it rained for a little while so you have something to do! The location: perfection right in the middle of shinjuku and all the crazy action! You are smack dab in the thick of the craziness thats is shinjuku and i was there on Halloween! The staff had candy when i would come and go taking pics all night which was awesome I have stayed at alot of hotels in japan and this one is hands down my favorite! From now on this will be my hotel ! "
