You get what you pay for.

The room was a basic room with two beds. Each bed only had three pillows, which I thought was odd. There was no coffee maker in the room. The location was great! Close to restaurants, stores and other activities. Staff was very friendly.

Mediocre hotel matches price

The room was as expected for the price. Pillows were small and flat. Bathroom was not particularly clean. The room needs some refurbishing. The desk attendant was curt.

Crash

Pros: Very quiet, close to highway.
Cons: No breakfast room.
Location: Lots of fast food close by, also many stores.
Nice clean simple room with good tv. Helpful and friendly staff.

Poor customer service

My stay started off on the wrong foot when I called to let them know I would be late checking in. The guy that answered the phone told me I didn't have a reservation before I could give him my last name and hung up on me without even asking for my confirmation number.

The overnight guy at the front desk gave HORRIBLENESS customer service! I had an issue with the shower head not working so I went to get him to let him know (wasn't asking for a room change or a refund, just seeing if maybe that shower was messed up) & he had an attitude the entire time, came to the room & almost broke the pull-pin on the spout just to get the shower head to work & then proceeded to look at me like I was stupid. Very rude
