Overall, clean room and friendly staff. The water takes a very long time to heat up for the shower, but that was my only issue during my stay! Once it warmed up, it stayed hot! Great stay for the price!

The Pros: The check-in receptionist was one of the nicest people I've ever encountered. The room itself was spotless - kudos to the cleaning staff. The Cons: IHG should be embarrassed. You've got a such a terrific staff employed at this location - give them something to work with. The run down feel of this hotel was palpable, from the torn window screen to the loose shower and kitchen faucets to the nonfunctional microwave to the lumpy bed and flat pillows. With the kinds of resources this corporation has to draw on, there's absolutely no excuse for this. Do better, so that your future customers will have a more pleasant experience than we did. We will not be back.
