Room was set up nice Bed was very comfortable other than public hairs was on the sheet problem was solved Laundry room faculty was free of charge Can here a lot of other room doors closing

made the mistake of getting a smoking room did not realize it when i made the reservation. room stunk terrible staff said hotel was booked and could not change rooms. yet when we went down for snacks at night someone walked in wondered if they had a room and they said yes they had open rooms. the smokie room was very bad on asthema. no breakfast either.

The staff was very nice, they have to abide by their rules. They do not clean rooms everyday. If you want clean towels you have to go to front desk. If we would have know this we would have never stayed there. This has been the worst stay we have had at a hotel. We will never go back!!!!!

My experience was good with this hotel. I would stay there again if I needed a hotel in that area.

The better option

It's probably one of the nicest hotels in Perrysburg. It's more like a mini apartment which is nice if you're staying for a significant amount of time. There's a nice kitchenette, fridge and dishwasher- I'm not a big fan of Panera or Tim Hortons, so this came in handy for brekky. There is good gym and free laundry room which was a nice bonus. It was quiet and check in was a breeze. There was an especially helpful young man whose service skills were above and beyond. The only negative was housekeeping is done on a weekly basis, with no options for visits inbetween. I understand it's to keep costs low, but I would have been willing to pay extra for that service. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The shower did not drain, the air conditioning unit had froze up so the carpet was soaked in front of the unit and bed, the keys were deactivated twice and the external door did not work with a key which they admitted was a recurring issue. The staff was not overly concerned with these comments and as a frequent traveler I was extremely disappointed with the stay. I will never stay at or recommend this hotel to anyone else
