Very nice hotel made my stay comfortable & close to family during a difficult time. Staff was efficient & helpful. I would choose this hotel again.

Close to theater and restaurants.

Hotel was nice, staff was friendly. My husband and I were seeing a show at the theater, so I like that it was close. Room was decent and updated with modern amenities. The breakfast food could be improved. The eggs and sausage gravy were gross and covered in pepper. Yuck! The highlight was the waffle station. But the breakfast area was very clean although quite small. Would stay here again, but would go somewhere else for breakfast.

The rooms were modern and very clean. Very good breakfast selections. Had some Internet issues, but it was cyber Monday night. On my last day before The Internet work just fine.

Pros: The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bedding was so comfortable, I wanted to stay in bed all day.
Cons: We had difficulty connecting to Wi-Fi. Staff gave us a number to call, and the wait time was very long. Eventually everything worked.
Location: We enjoyed great take-out food, the nearby movie theater and mall, the casino. We also enjoyed the pool at the hotel.

The fan in the bathroom was so loud and annoying, If the light was on, the fan was on, they were wired to same switch. My hair dryer wouldn't work, I reported it to front desk. They sent someone to check on it, a lady who determined that indeed it was not not working, she left and told me someone would come to replace it. A man came to check it next and when the dryer turned on , he told me all you have to do is push this button, which says ON, I informed him that I could read and knew how to use a hair dryer. The dryer cut off, like I to,d them it did, he then says, ok it's broken , I need to go get a new one, which he did. In the mean time, all this has taken about 35 minutes, by the time a new dryer was installed, it had taken 1 hour and 22 minutes, and I had an appointment that I arrived late to. The next morning when I awoke, none of my lamps would work, I didn't want to bother and call, because I didn't want to be delayed, I got dressed by the light from bathroom with the train sounding fan, and with the light eminating from the television.

Close to Stranahan Theater

Pros: Front desk people were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The breakfast hours probably could use a tweaking. It seems like evryone showed up at once and there weren't enough seats for everyone.
Location: We had tickets to the Kristin Chenoweth concert at the Stranahan theater. It took us 5 minutes to get there from the hotel.
Hotel was conveniently located to the theater. Hotel was very comfortable and attractively decorated.

Pros: Clean and comfortable
Cons: Can't think of anything
Location: I went to the nearest Catholic Church. We really didn't spend much time in the town, we were in Bowling Green most of the weekend.
Our stay was conveniently close to restaurants, shopping and a Catholic Church. Unfortunately it was quite far from Bowling Green University which was the reason we were there. It was quite a haul with lots of road construction. We had no issues with the hotel, it was clean, comfortable and had a very friendly staff.

Bathroom was dirty. Soapscum still in tub and pubic hair as well. But breakfast was good
