They charged us $250 deposit on top of the $170room the roof was leaking my night was ruined and I still don’t have the deposit back. And their eggs at breakfast had entirely to much salt. I’ll never stay here again.

I liked the concept of the room. Double walk-in shower with separate big jacuzzi tub. Unfortunately though, the tub was not fully clean (hairs in tub & things coming out jets when turned on) & there was white powder residue on the ledges that surrounded the tub & one of the night stands as well. The room itself could definitely use a little maint. The wall by the chair in the bedroom had a huge masking of wall paper that was falling off & there were other minor patches that had been done poorly. Was disappointed because to me a jacuzzi room is the best room in the hotel & I would've thought it would've been more immaculate. Also, the girl who worked second shift was kind of rude at check in. I booked the room a week in advance & asked to be by an exit since I am a smoker and will frequently need to go outside. Upon arrival I asked her if I was by an exit to confirm my request had been seen by staff & she said "No your on the third floor and we are fully booked so ....." When I said "The third floor is fine but am I by an exit?" she looked at me like didn't I just tell you this. So again I asked "Am I at least by a stairwell?" To which she said "Oh yeah you're by the stairwell." She obviously didn't know that's what I meant by an exit. The breakfast was great in the morning, bed was comfy & clean, having two televisions (one in the bedroom & one for the jacuzzi) was very nice,& the older gentleman at check out was very friendly. I will give them another chance.

I was moved to three rooms while there. Every single room was dirty I left the hotel. Stain on the blanket and a smoke hole . I will call tomorrow to get refunded from the manager. Terrible stay!! The staff is nice it’s just the rooms are dirty and housekeeping should’ve known better as well.
