The shower/Tub handle was very loose, but when we brought it to their attention. Maintenance came immediately assessed what was needed, returned with and fixed the issue. The staff was very pleasant, courteous, attentive, food was delicious. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We went to relax and rest and that is what we did!!!

Pros: I liked that the hotel was clean and smelled nice. The rooms were clean as well (minus 2 minor things I spotted that werent). Check in and out was easy and Haley gave us a coupon for free cheesecake for my husbands birthday. Cons: This is the 2nd time Ive stayed at a Hilton when the hottub wasnt working and that is the ONLY reason I booked this hotel over cheaper ones I saw. They also dont offer complimentary breakfast and thats always a con for me too. My husband thought the bed and pillows were uncomfortable but I like both of them! Overall, im not staying at a Hilton again, being this is the 2nd time the hottub wasnt working and nothing was comped for it.

Staff when I called about an early check in was less than friendly, had to drive out of the way to the property instead of being able to go straight to a funeral service because they couldn’t tell us over the phone if we could early check in, we arrive and the door to the room is dirty, bed is made very poorly, only 2 towels in the bathroom, one coffee pod for the entire room for two people, the lobby furniture is falling apart, the leather is flaking off of the seating, breakfast is NOT complimentary, I booked the hotel for the pool which was conveniently closed the entire stay, and the key scanner died to let us into our room (things happen that’s ok) but added into a stay we will not be booking again.

The pool is closed. The staff claimed that it was posted on their website, but I am yet to find it. The young lady I spoke with was extremely rude and kept cutting me off when I was speaking. Very unprofessional.
