Nice hotel. Beds seemed a little worn. Close to shopping, restaurants and night life

Good hotel but not for families

My wife and I along with our two children under 5 stayed here for the Memorial Day weekend. First, the negatives: Our biggest issue overall was that the room was small and cramped for a family of four. The bed was a king but no way was it the size of our king at home. A bad thing about Hiltons we've stayed at before were the pillows. Too soft, not firm, we were wishing for our pillows at home. The pool area could use a complete redo. Too dark and the floor tiles are way too slippery even if you're walking slowly. The postives: Good location, plenty to do in the area and places to eat. Much of the staff was friendly, I didn't get all of their names but Ashley at the front desk was helpful. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was inexpensive and very good. Parking was plentiful. Even though there were soccer teams staying in the hotel along with a wedding group we heard little noise. I would suggest this hotel for business travelers or couples not for families with kids.

As for the room size being inadequate for family of four in a king bedded room, I certainly understand and wish we could have assign you a room with two queen beds while you were here since that type of room would have served better to a family of four. As for the pillows concern we offer goose down pillows that are soft and poly pillows that are much more firmer both are available upon request in addition to pillows that are already in the room. Hope it helps in your future travels. Great stay EXCEPT they charged my debit card $25 a day for possible incidentals. They should only charge your card for actual incidentals!!!!

As you probably find out by now that what we have assessed your card was not an actual charge but only authorization and having your card authorized allowed you to be able charge to your room from different outlets of the hotel and when that privilege is not utilized there will not be any charges appear on your credit card. It is overpriced.

I paid about half the price for another hotel and it had better amenities and a larger room and shower.. It also had a continental breakfast for free not 11.00. I will not be back for these reasons...

清潔な部屋で、設備が整っており、スタッフも親切でとても満足。一つ残念だったのは冷蔵庫の中に、おそらく前の宿泊者が残した食べ物が残っていた事。

A bit disappointed

Since the hotel first opened, we have always stayed here when in or traveling thru Toledo. This has always been a top notch establishment & an excellent choice. Disappointed this trip when I discovered a used bottle of shampoo & soap with embedded body hairs in the shower in the morning! Made me wonder how "clean" the room I had just spent the night in actually was! Very disappointed by the front desk staff reaction when I told them-they merely said they would "let housekeeping know". So much for their motto of "excellent stay". Will have to re-think staying here again.

Happy Customer

We were very happy with our room and the hotel. It was very clean. There was a nice buffet set up for breakfast. The adjustable mattress was set on firm and we didn't pay much attention to how to adjust it. We didn't realize how firm it was set until we woke very early in the morning with achy hips and back. This was the only issue, it's nice that it's adjustable bit I would have like to just not have to worry about this. My back and shoulders were sore that next evening from how uncomfortably firm we had the mattress set.
