The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect for seeing the old town. The deluxe room is very spacious and the staff are quite helpful. We have loved our stay in Toledo.

Beautiful and unique establishment where the features of a medieval building are tastefully integrated with the modern solution for all conveniences. Perfect location for arrival by car/cab. The El Greco museum is literally next door.

The hotel is located in the old quarter of Toledo, within walking distance of all the best sights and many charming local restaurants. Breakfast had varied choices, with fresh cold cuts, fruit, including whole plums, apples and sliced melon and pineapple. Staff was helpful in pre-ordering a taxi the night before our train. The property and Toledo is general does have steps nearby, for those with mobility issues. I recommend asking for a 3rd floor room (the highest floor) away from the street to reduce noise from the restaurant, which is open to about 11:30 PM.

Faultless on every level and visually delightful.
This is a stunning, historic building set in the old Jewish Quarter. It is beautifully presented, with gorgeous communal interiors ( bar, restaurant, courtyard, office area, soft seating areas). The staff are excellent and the General Manager checks in with guests and staff alike, going above and beyond to ensure his ship runs well for all. He is utterly charming and an assett to this exquisite place,

Overnight stay
We were on a Spain road trip and Toledo was our final stop before flying back to the uk. We spent most of our time exploring Toledo. The hotel was a mix of old and new with a nice bar and restaurant which we tried and enjoyed. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Our room was comfortable with AC for the hot nights. We couldn’t really complain about anything we experienced.

We had booked a room with two twin beds and a queen sized bed. The queen bed turned out to be a fold out couch that wasn’t even the size of a double. It was very small and uncomfortable. The walls were dirty and needed painting. The location was great- right next to the El Greco museum and the staff helped us with our taxi.

The hotel manager was really lovely and accommodating. Check-in was wonderful. However, there was no replenishment of our bottled water during our stay and our bedroom light was non-functional and neither reported nor repaired by housekeeping. A pretty low-brow experience.

Good location and room price. Extras were expensive (parking 27€ and breakfast €17.50). Bathroom not very clean around edges. Not very "eco" with aircon in room set at 5C on arrival, and lots of single use plastic items

Small and cute hotel inside the city walls.
Small and cute hotel inside the city walls of Toledo. The hotel offers 24 hours private parking for 27€, the most expensive we paid in Spain and it is not 24hours. Your parking expire with the check out time. The hotel, or at least our family room had low slanted ceilings which could be dangerous for tall people. My son hit his head a couple of times. It will be appreciated if the hotel place some safety lines to make the borders more visible.

Amazing location. On a pedestrian street that leads to Plaza Mayor (2-minute walk from the hotel). 5-minute walk to Puerta del Sol and it’s metro station. Very nice, helpful staff. Room a little small but nice bathroom made up for it. Would stay there again
