“Extremely Disappointing Stay – Worst Housekeeping Management I've Ever Experienced We are a family of four with two young children, one of whom was sick during our stay, and our experience at Delta Hotels by Marriott Toledo was absolutely terrible. I have never seen such poor housekeeping management and such a complete lack of communication between housekeeping staff and the front desk. “The pool was closed half of our stay. Ice machines were broken. Asked to have our room cleaned and fresh towels brought to our room-never happened. Called again and asked for towels to be brought up, they said I could come to front desk and get them, but they weren’t bringing them up. Went to get towels and asked why room wasn’t cleaned and towels brought up and I was actually told that if I didn’t like it, I could stay somewhere else! I couldn’t believe my ears! Terrible place to stay!”

“Property was nice and room was spacious. Stuff was very courteous. However, the room ware had a weird smell when we entered. It was too late when we checked in to get the room changed.”
