Smoke

The room is definitely not smoke free.I could smell cigarettes the entire night & I left with my clothing smelling awful.The bathroom was disgusting.

Not same as picture

No fridge, no in room coffee, and stains on carpet as u walk in. Not even close as picture. Room smelled of smoke or was just stale.

Please except my sincerest apology I'm sorry your reservation was not made for one of the new room. During your stay we would have still been offering the old outdate room and the newly renovated rooms from the description that you are providing you were in one of the old rooms. I think if you were to return you would fine the new room to your liking. Our rooms that offer Fridges are the Superior King, and Double Deluxe they both come with Microwaves and Refrigerators, Coffee Makers and Hair Dryers. Not Bad

It was a good stay, unfortunately they were in renovations mode so lots of noise thru the day, but this will end when they are done.

Nothing fancy

Was exactly what I was expecting. A place to sleep and shower that was in close proximity to the start and finish of my race in Toledo. WiFi was super fast.

No microwave or refrigerator even though it showed in pictures. Paper thin walls.

Did not look like the pictures

Pros: Location
Cons: As stated in review.
Location: Food within walking distance.
The room I stayed in was run down despite nice pictures online. Large crack in wall nearly from ceiling to floor. Old stained chair. Table was unstable. Carpet was old. Dresser and sink counter dilapidated, peeling. Had to go to front desk 3 times in the cold because key did not work. Woke up with 2 bug bites. Put do not disturb sign on door - flew off due to wind so ask front desk to make a note - room was still entered for cleaning. Asked a second time. No change - room was still entered. Would not recommend. Never staying in a Red Roof Inn again no matter how good the pictures or room price.
