Price is right, but Meh?

Close to UT, and close to restaurants, but its really a dive.

Three times in the course of one week I had to ask to have my room straightened. This should not happen one time, let alone three times.

An outside elevator which did not work. Heaters that hadn’t been cleaned since the 50’s. Obviious dirt on the bed spread.

Worn out mattress, noisy AC

Cons: Replace the mattress and the AC unit.
The mattress I slept on was old, and the springs were completely worn out. The AC was also old and crusted with lime. It rattled all night, and between the two I barely slept. Not recommended.

Pleasant, smooth and simple just as expected from a hotel. The room didn't smell like cleaner or something old left over. Its was a lot better than some others that I've paid more for.

Good hotel close to the university

Got a little noisy outside in the evening, drop some that rolled under bed, and when went to retrieve it notice a lot of stuff under bed, looked like it hasn’t been clean for quite awhile.

Room Smelled !

Cons: Room 128 needs to be cleared of cigarette smoke smell.
Room 128 smelled of cigarette smoke. Someone had smoked in the bathroom. I told the General Manager, she did not seem to care.

Everything appeared to be clean

They have bedbugs and everything appear to be clean , but I was getting but up by bed bugs
