Comfortable and Clean

Pros: Clean and comfortable.
Cons: Be true to the advertising. Have someone on staff who could give clear and exact directions to the location. Be sure their phone is working!
Location: We don't recall any other motels of dining places within sight of the motel. It seemed to be in the country along side an interstate highway.
The room with two queen beds was large, clean, attractive, and comfortable. Clean and updated bathroom. Disappointed they no longer had continental breakfast as advertised. No coffee or tea to go with the coffee pot provided. Hotel very difficult to locate without exact routing directions from Online map service! Not near the city named in the address. Appeared to be In the country alongside a highway. Was noisy along the highway side of the motel. We called a dozen times and no one answered. Manager discovered phone line was not active.

We feel so sorry Ms. Judith, as our Phone system was broken that evening. and yes being on highway its unfortunate that everybody have to listen to traffic noise,but next time we will provide you the room on the other side of highway, Thanks very much for your business and the compliments,we greatly appreciate that.

Rundown hotel in seedy part of town

We were stuck on I-80 over 2 hours, due to an accident and road closure. We arrived tired and were dismayed by the appearance of our hotel. When we checked in, the manager was friendly and offered us bottled water, but wouldn't tell us why. I searched in the Internet and discovered reports of ecoli in the area. Then a local paper said there was lead in the water. Ugh. Our bathroom fan came on with the light and was very noisy. The room itself was quite comfortable; the bed was fine and the shower was good I was surprised Expedia offered this hotel as an option. I recommend that you drop it

There is No E Coli virus any where in the area ! It was our courtesy to offer bottled water, We offer to every guest Specially in summer, anyway your frustration of turnpike came on us,tell us what to do for your left over Pillow ? should we mail it By COD ?

Wouldn't advise this hotel

This is a run down hotel. The paint was peeling and the carpeting outside was threadbare. You had to play with the door lock to get it to work. The bed felt like I was sleeping on the springs with no mattress. The iron was falling apart when I went to use it. Not a pleasant stay

Thanks for telling here about paint peeling in room surprisingly there is none sign of paint peeling anywhere, and also we have wall paper on walls,You stayed 2 nights you should have showed us but you didn't that means there was no paint peeling.

All rooms with Fridge has been sold out and we told you that in advance ! We don't understand You had Opportunity to cancel reservation but you didn't as you don't want to spend $ 85.00 at Other Hotel,

There with our kids. The hotel was in a questionable area and we were very disappointed with the upkeep and overall status of the motel. Will not stay there again

quiet location but........

Pros: Quick access to I-280, the pricing was half of what the facility normally charged per day.. Great job there Expedia!!
Cons: Well, management needs to work on attention to detail and get a better maintenance contractor and breakfast unspoiled
Location: Not much other than hitting the obscure restaurants and bars and trying the local foods and home brewed beers. Really good. Heard hockey games good.
located far enough from I-280 where you dont hear the traffic excessively so but they should fire the maintenance contractor. A majority of the receptacles were all installed wrong and loose making them the perfect fire hazard if someone pulled too hard to unplug something. The fixtures in the bathroom were also poorly installed making them look shoddy. Several wall tiles along the floor look like they were about to fall out. Other than the bad cosmetic, the room seemed to be clean. The central air/heating unit was in poor shape and sometimes sounded like a pit bull trapped in it growling because it could sense someone just outside. when it wasn't growling, the fan was barely blowing, making the room very stuffy at times. Then the 'free' breakfast... yeah, some of that was already spoiled. The second morning, i didn't even bother and went down the street to Denny's for a non free but tasty breakfast.
