For the money it was good. Pool was nice

Pros: pool warm with hot tub clean !
Cons: beds were ok but need updated
Location: strip mall next door with restaurants you can walk to
Only thing wrong was kids upstairs running around playing tag would be my best guess. Whenever I travel i log into youtube and search for fan noise to drown out outside noises. A must at this hotel

Aren't paying customers suppose to come first?

Pros: Leaving it!
Cons: Lack of security, service, cleanliness.
Location: Hollywood Casino, the zoo, shopping
Got to hotel at 2:45 p.m. Check in is at 3, room not ready. Leave the building for an hour, come back, room is ready but needs towels. I asked for 4 extra towels at 3:40 for use at the pool. Will be to the rm. in 10 minutes. Beds were sunken in, pillow cases had a buffet of different shades of dingy.Burn holes in carpet (Non smoking room). Left for dinner and things, came back at 10:30, still no towels, employees children were running up and down the hallway ( Informed it was an employee by gentleman (John) working front desk) As I spoke to him about our towels you could hear the kids running in the hall above us. He checked camera and caught them as they came to the pool, W/O an adult. He informed me towels were in the dryer as we spoke. I went back down 20 minutes later to be told the employee staying at the hotel had taken ALL the towels out of the dryer and he did not have any more towels. An 82 room hotel?? Back to the room I went. This is an 82 room hotel, there were 11 cars in the parking lot (yes I counted at 1 am) Why was the employee put with us? Then the slamming began. the employee and another female had the room next to us and across from us. The kids were in the room next to us, the adults across the hall. The slamming of the doors, beating on the walls, children in the hall back and forth lasted until after 1 am. Breakfast? Went to lobby, the children again were everywhere, food strewn all over, everything a mess. Needless to say, we ate elsewhere

Cheap pillows, towels and bedding.

Location: Ok. Close to the event we went to
Needs major updating. The linens were real cheap. There was one Kleenex in the box. Bathroom floor was missing tiles. When I moved the shower curtain there were spiders.

Negative experience

The room was available at a discounted rate, so I took a chance on it. Won't make that mistake again. The linens were the consistency of sandpaper, the bedspreads were stained. The shower curtain was broken. The continental breakfast, which was supposed to be served until 9:30am was gone and not replentished after 8am. The beds were shot and sunken in the middle, and the staff was at best unresponsive.

Awful, dirty, smelled, rude employees!

Our stay lasted 15 minutes. The room stunk, the beds were dirty, the countertop had crumbs all over it.. I asked for sheets for the fold out bed and he gave me balled up dirty sheets! John the front desk worker thought it was funny that I was so upset about my room. The pictures online were nothing like the hotel! Completely disappointed and will never recommend this place to anyone!

rip off, con artists!

I drove two amish families to this motel. when we got there, they paid cash for the rooms. a month later, i find out that my credit card was charged for a room. i disputed the charge,which did me no good, because i didnt keep my receipt. I will not go back as i cant stand theives. dont stay here unless u like to pay double for your room!

Turn around now!!

Never never again. I would choose to stay in my car vs. staying here again. Absolutely dirty as can be and not to mention a dealers paradise.
