The property is nice, however, we chose the hotel specifically for the airport transfer. We could have had an equally nice hotel experience elsewhere for much cheaper but we wanted the airport transportation. We were not informed until we went to schedule the transportation that they apparently do not have transportation. We were frustrated as airport transport was listed as an amenity in our reservation paperwork.

They closed the hotel and gave me room at another hotel that was far from airport and I had to pay for a taxi to get there. Bed was hard and not confortable

We love the staff here but we asked them every day to fix our ac unit and they didn’t. Our room was hot and uncomfortable which was not ok. We asked for a discount and the manager refused.

El hotel está en remodelación porque al parecer es algo viejo. Está limpio pero las camas están muy suaves. El desayuno muy bueno. Algo que no me gustó es que el bar estaba cerrado el sábado en la noche.

A very good stay
The Hotel is really comfortable and the service is excellent. The personnel is really kind and pleasant and they are already pending of your needs. The place is safe and very quiet. The room was good but I opine that could be better in a more modern style and with the bed more comfortable. The breakfast wasn't included in the price, I would prefer that it was included but finally it doesn't matter.

Great Location, excellent service!
This was the last part of our trip and we had an early flight next morning. It was just perfect since we parked a very nice bell man was ready to take care of our luggage and parked the car right after that. Luis at the frondt desk was nice enough to get both of our rooms together (travelling with 3 kids and nanny for 1 week) and told us all about the hotel in the meantime my wife order coffee in the lobby bar and it was really good!! Next morning we need to be leaving at 7:00 am, breakfast was complementary (part of my reservation, I do not think is every guest) option foe everybody and it was really good aswell they, staff was making sure we all something we liked and they even made me a Cecina Omelette (dry local meat) that it was amazing! Location is great, 10 mins and you will be satnding in line to check in for your flight and if you are not flying but just in town for fun, these place is a great ojne to stay in!

Like everywhere in Mexico, I don't like their use of highly toxic cleaning compounds and strong scents. Courtyard could use the same cleaning agents they use in the USA, they work just fine. The front desk staff could refrain from wearing strong perfumes which will never be guaranteed to please all tastes. The new lighting in the dining room is cute but it is too direct into the eye. Light diffusers are needed. The newly restored restaurant has cheap metal chairs.

Hotel offers complimentary pickup / drop off to nearby offices. Friendly and helpful staff. Be aware of local practices - coffee/tea in the room is paid; vegetarian food includes egg or chicken.

A few minor problems, but very helpful staff
This is a nice and very clean hotel with an excellent breakfast buffet. I had one strange problem - although the weather was cool outside, my room's climate control would not bring the temperature in my room below 26 C (79 F). However, the staff cheerfully moved me to another room. And then, one day later, the same problem happened in my new room. So, I was moved to another room. Other than these two oddly coincidental problems, my stay was perfect.

Fantastic value for the money
The staff here are fantastic! So helpful and friendly. Can’t say enough about how much they helped when we arrived. I find breathing extremely difficult here. There is definitely something that makes breathing difficult. They saw I was in distress and we had 3 people helping us to our room. You just don’t find that kind of help in most hotels. King size bed in very large room. Excellent place to stay if you are staying overnight for connecting flight.

Overall nice and clean hotel
Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Clean and close to the airport. The location is not particularly nice. You need a car/taxi to get anywhere. Food was expensive and low quality. The chef was either different everyday or they just didn't have a standard way of preparing the dishes in the menu. I would visit again as I enjoyed my stay but I would appreciate if food improved a bit.
