This is a great hotel to stay in your trip to Metepec and surrounding areas. Excellent location; the Hotel is new, very nice rooms, good beds and pillows. It’s located in a comercial plaza with a good restaurant; coffee shop, convenience store, and a beauty salon (excellent service for hairdos). I recommend this hotel for your short trip visits.

Staff very friendly, good breakfast.Thankful that I was able to get another room with better ventilation and light. Did not like that I got assigned to a dark room, humid odor in my first arrival.

Ok & clean hotel at affordable prices. I have stayed there several times before. They used to include a small coffee maker in the room. This time, they took it away and I missed it. For the rest, I highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Metepec, Toluca or nearby.

Todo estuvo bien nada más una recomendación es que no pongan la música tan fuerte en los pasillos de los cuartos, se podía escuchar desde el cuarto. Todos los empleados fueron muy amables.

We only had problems with key not opening and heater not working, so they gave us 3 extra blankets, otherwise, it was just ok for 2 night.

Limpio y cómodo
Estuve tres noches en el hotel. Mi habitación se ubicaba en la planta alta, cómodo y silencioso. Las instalaciones en general estuvieron limpias y el personal fue muy atento y amable.

Noisy Bar Next Door after Midnight
The hotel, room, and breakfast were great, except the Bar/Restaurant next door had loud music didn't stop until after 1 or 2 am. We had to close the window and turn on the air condition. However, the condition is kind of noisy too and not cold during the night (It was good in the day). Other than that, the bed is comfortable and the shower is good.

My husband and I stay for a total of 3 nights. The location was ideal and close to everything. We UBER everywhere and drivers never had an issue accessing the hotel. We really appreciated the friendly staff. Breakfast was also very good. Another thing I would like to mention was that we were there for a wedding and I needed an area to have my make up and hair done..the staff was accommodating and I was able to use one of the conference rooms for this purpose. Very much appreciated this! We will definitely consider staying here again.

Fue muy ruidoso, pedimos una habitación silenciosa y nos pusieron justo arriba del Karaoke de un restaurante bar. Tambien, les recomendaría instalar luces nocturnas para el baño.

Stay was good , except having Ice machine in the hallway is a problem.for people sleeping. People come and just fill up Ice chest at 5am and the ice machine is running. We were woken both mornings at 5am with people getting ice. Need to have I e machine in a special area tucked away so the ice machine will not wake people up.
