Property was a bit dirty around the building and while rooms are OK. Some work can be done in the bathrooms. Shower head was falling all the time.

The shower has no water very limited. We stay 8 days and we changed 4 rooms. None of the rooms were in a satisfactory condition

It is unfortunate that this hotel does not offer a free shuttle normally but only on request at least 24 hrs before arrival. I made a same day reservation and could not get a shuttle. Had to cancel and get refund

The Hotel is OK. Its kind of isolate from accessible walking areas. The shower did not work correctly. Have to get the manager to do something to fix it, and they try but still not good. I can not give an opinion of the breakfast since I did not hav the opportunity to get any. I went to relax and part of that is not getting early. The breakfast hours I can said that are not good enough. They are from 6:00 am to 9:00 am. I would have to get up early to get at least coffee but it would defeat the purpose of trying to rest

The shuttle service to the mall was terrific, it's a bit of a walk. The seniora that took care of the rooms was great, hard working and accommodating. The noise level from the traffic was high, not a tranquil place, I believe it's suited for business. Close to airport etc

9 Nights In Toluca
The hotel was very accommodating for us and our situation. We were waiting for our house to be ready and rented rooms 1 or 2 nights at a time and stayed a total of 9 nights. Front desk staff is great. Breakfast was mediocre. Two different people clean the rooms. One did a great job, the other would forget towels, or bed comforter or water. Overall, a good, but not great hotel. For the price, it’s a good deal.

Hotel staff very good and friendly and courteous. Easy to get taxis. Room was clean and quiet. The only negative was that there was not enough towels in the room but hotel staff quickly remedied the problem.

They use the gym picture as their profile pic so it would helpful if the equipment in there was well maintained. Not the most pleasant of areas, and also lots of people outside at 4am in the morning. Breakfast was good, and reception staff very helpful.

Not a good night; not a good review.
Not good! We asked for a room with a view of the volcano. They put us on the opposite side, but we did not find out till the next morning. There was also a very Very loud concert across the street on our side of the hotel. I called after 3am to see about being moved. They did not seem interested in helping but said they will call back in 10 min. They never did. It finally ended at 4am. The next morning we go for breakfast; coffee/juice, cereal, bowl of yogurt, and toast/bread. That is all they had. I went to the front desk and asked where the rest of the food was. He said they were out of fruit and do not offer eggs and other items on the weekend. The last thing: I was about to ask for the check out time when I look up to the right and saw it was 2pm posted on the wall. I sort of said it out loud as I saw it. The guy behind the counter said "No. No. 1pm." I pointed to the wall. He knew I had him so he said with a smile, "It is 1pm and expected me to ignore the posted time. I didn't and checked out before 2pm.

Excellent in all aspects...
I have stayed several times in this hotel chain.. But I need to say that this hotel is on top of the others... I think this is a new location, because everything is bright and shine... I did not find any complain, from the hotel staff to the hotel condition... If you need to be close to the Toluca airport, this is the hotel you need to select. The neighborhood is not the prettiest, but there are a Sendero Lincoln mall close, you can find anything you need there.
